The house is quietly located in the middle of the forest on a clearing. Parking right outside the door. A place to relax and recharge. The bakery and local restaurants are within walking distance. Swimming lakes (Chiemsee, etc.), bike tours (BikePark Samerberg) and the mountains are right outside the door.

The picturesque Chiemsee, as well as many smaller lakes, can be found in the immediate vicinity. The train station is 5 minutes (walking), to Munich it is 40 minutes, Salzburg and Innsbruck 1 hour by train. A baker and innkeeper can be found in 100 m and all important shops are within walking distance or 2 minutes by car

Due to the special room layout, the different ceiling heights, the additional wood-burning stove and the individual room design, this "upper room" gets a certain "nest character." Balcony and terrace are just as available as a parking space and a bicycle shed (and bicycles). ... and suitable for winter sports enthusiasts!!!

Because it is located in a residential area, it is very quiet without through traffic. The nearest highway entrance (Munich-Salzburg/Kufstein A8) is only about 4 km away. From here you can start hiking and biking right away. The bike path is 1 minute away, the swimming pool 5 minutes' walk

For nature and culture lovers, Berbling is in the perfect location. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a small bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a large living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and seating in front of a cozy fireplace. Pets are also welcome as long as the animals behave :-)
