Zum Spazieren, Flanieren, Wohlfühlen und Entspannen erreicht man in max. 30 Min. alle bekannten Orte am Wörthersee wie zB Velden, Reifnitz, Pyramidenkogel etc.

Practical apartment close to the university

The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette / anteroom, a bathroom with shower / toilet and balcony. The room has a comfortable king-size bed (1,8 m wide), a wardrobe, a dining table and a table for working. The apartment is located in a green and quiet district of Klagenfurt close to lake "Wörthersee" and the University. The infrastructure in the neighborhood is very good and within walking distance. The city center can be reached by car in about 10 minutes.

This compact , newish, light & cosy appartment-perfectly situated , a little private paradise but still so close to everything.. 5 min from the center, 5 min from the Wörthersee & Stadium and just 30 min from the slo&italian boarder! Train and Busstop a couple 100m's away,aswell as shops and restaurants. If you want a relaxed holiday, just stay a night for a concert or wedding, traveling through or a cycling holiday? Its perfect for everyone , a safe-space for everyone!

The idyllic farmhouse in the countryside is surrounded by nature, forest and meadow, only 10-15 minutes by car from Klagenfurt and thus from Lake Wörthersee. It offers five rooms: two bedrooms, a living room that can also be used as a bedroom, a spacious bathroom and a kitchen with dining area. In addition, there is an outdoor area with a terrace and a lawn to relax. The maximum number of people that can stay in the house is 6. A crib is available on request.

The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time. Great accommodation. Inside, everything was newly done. Communication with the landlord was smooth and very fast. However, it would be good if you arrive by car or similar, as we have not seen any public transport at the accommodation. But the next train station is already about 2 km away and then also the beautiful lake.

Thanks to Michael and Jutta for hosting us. The cottage is quiet, in a good location, modern and very clean. We were able to enjoy the terrace during our summer stay. We would highly recommend this for a stay in the Carinthia region.

The accommodation is centrally located and you can reach the center on foot in about 15 minutes: The apartment is very spacious and has everything you need. Unfortunately, the train station is a little noisy, but the earplugs provided help. We would recommend the apartment for the value for money.
