La terrazza panoramica è il cuore di tutto: un pergolato tra vite, bouganville, palme della fenice, bambù e limoni, da cui lo sguardo spazia sul mare di Porto Recanati, la Basilica di Loreto e nelle giornate limpide, le cime innevate degli Appennini.
