Maria Teresa and her son were great tips for catering, as for visits to villages (but there are also plenty of museums to visit), the sublime hikes to do in this area... in short, great tips. Unfortunately over a week we couldn't visit everything but we caught our eyes already:) it would have taken us more than a week on site. The welcome, just like our departure will have been very warm with Maria Teresa who we thank very much for allowing us to discover this beautiful region! The house is secluded and at night there is a masterful calm, this house is ideal for relaxing and refreshing. The house complies with the photos of the site, the olive grove is sublime. No light pollution at night either, a real joy. In short, only beautiful images printed in our retinas. We had a great time. Thanks again and maybe see you next time:)

Relaxation oasis on Olympus A large, historic stone house surrounded by an incredibly beautiful garden with lush Mediterranean flora and fauna laid out on three levels with olive groves and many enchanted seating to marvel and dream. The house has a lot of space, high quality furnishings and tastefully decorated. It surprises with numerous niches, old doors, steps, and stunning views. It is absolutely quiet here and you can stroll through the house and garden, enjoy the wide view over the hilly landscape and the picturesque backdrops of Mondavio and Orciano and always discover new perspectives. The house and garden give a feeling of space, silence, seclusion in harmony with nature. There are nasty lizards, a hoopard, sparrows, and fireflies. The kitchen is very well equipped with many,glasses, crockery, pots, pans and everything you need for cooking. The owners generously share everything.

We were a group of 13 persons that stayed for one week. The house and surroundings was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The pool area was very nice with a good view over the hilly landscape, and we had dinners by the wood oven/grill. We also got local recommendations from the hosts. It has been easy to communicate with the hosts. We highly recommend this place.

Pure relaxation in the olive grove! We spent a very relaxing, fantastically beautiful holiday in Villa Claudia. The villa is surrounded by olive trees, a fig tree and other fruit trees as well as agaves, giving you a great view of the countryside, surrounded by nature and very private (at night this takes some getting used to - especially as a city person - since you actually have no neighbors, only nature). By car, you can reach the village of San Lorenzo in Campo within a few minutes, where there are various smaller supermarkets as well as cafes. The saltwater pool we used to swim and cool off every day was our highlight. The villa is actually a rustic country cottage with everything you need. The entire villa was super clean and very well appointed. Upstairs there were air conditioners in all bedrooms, but not in the basement or living room, kitchen, ...(there was a fan available there).

The property was well-equipped and very clean. The location on a small hill is a dream, sunset included. Martina is a very thoughtful host!

Fab host and fab place.

Filippo is very friendly person, he was still on the phone. He gives to us good tips. We were feeling on his house as in our home. Vila is cosy place, with huge garden. Everything was clean and enough towels were prepared for us. The best was view from home. Also Filippo cleans the swimming pool every evenening, therefore the pool is in great condition. Also we can reccomend a great restaurant Montecucco approx. 600metres from villa. I can very reccomend this accomodation ;-)

We received a very warm welcome from the family. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the outdoor area was perfect for relaxation. Our host, Pia, surprised us several times with freshly baked cakes, eggs from their own chickens, and even an aperitivo by the pool. The garage features a 6–7 kW charger for electric cars, which is a major plus for this area and accommodation. I’d totally recommend staying at the accommodation in this area.

Very nice house in a good location near Senigallia. We felt very comfortable in the quiet surroundings and were able to enjoy the great view of the Marche hills. Ivana is a very accommodating host

Alba's house is located in a beautiful area in the Marche hills in the province of Macerata: the house is comfortable, well equipped for cooking and spending relaxing moments in the living room and garden. From the house you can walk for beautiful walks in the surroundings; towns with shops and restaurants can be reached in about ten minutes by car. Alba is a kind and always available host; we spent a beautiful rustic New Year's Eve in her home and recommend it to everyone.

Caterina's place is truly a gem! Clean and tidy, very comfortable to live and in an optimal location to walk to the station and other amenities as well as the waterfront! If I go back to Porto San Giorgio, it will be my first choice! Congratulations Caterina and thank you

We were only passing through and needed a place to sleep, but was nevertheless a nice stay. Small, cute room, clean and cozy. Quiet environment, parking in front of the house. Hostess was super friendly Loved it.

Leandro is a beautiful person and his apartment is delightful, it is in a perfect location to be able to enjoy Sirolo at its best. Even if it doesn't have Wi-Fi, you can find the connection in the nearby bars while sipping an aperitif or having breakfast. In short, I will definitely contact him again to return.

Perfect for a short stay, free parking a plus. We enjoyed the outdoor balcony and appreciated having a beach umbrella available. Maria Luisa was a great host, quick to respond and easy to communicate with.

We spent a wonderful Christmas in Barbel’s place. A wonderfully clean and warm house with everything needed for a cosy winter stay. The pool went unused but we will try to come back in the summer - the view is spectacular! Beds were super comfortable and Barbel quick on the replies and checked regularly to make sure we were okay and had no issues. Car obviously necessary but Montelparo only a few minutes away with a nice pizzeria and other amenities.

A stunning location right on the beach with beautiful views from the terrace. The house was very comfortable and well equipped and we had everything we needed for a very relaxing break. Angelica was very responsive and helpful. We hope to come back again!

We had a great time right from the start, Lorella and Massimo are very kind and helpful hosts who welcomed us into the house which is in a quiet and strategic location to reach the various beaches and resorts of Conero. They gave us various info about the most interesting places to visit and tips on local and typical restaurants. We recommend it for a good experience in the Marche.

We had a lot of traffic jams and only arrived at the accommodation around midnight. Finding the right way to the house was not made any easier by our navigation system. Thanks to the electronic check-in, everything else went smoothly. It is a unique, beautifully designed house where we immediately felt comfortable. Civitanova is only about 15 minutes' drive away. In Civitanova Alta, you can also walk into the old town in the evening to enjoy a freshly tapped beer, a mixed cocktail or an ice cream. The people are very friendly, open and helpful. On hot days, we also liked to go to the small pool in the evening to cool off a bit. The kitchen was well equipped, as well as the house as a whole. The air conditioning was very helpful as well. It was simply great to eat on the terrace in the morning and evening or just to relax on the loungers/deck chairs. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Leonardo was incredibly quick to respond and helpful. The apartment is beautiful with amazing views of the surrounding area. Although we visited in November I’m sure it would be an amazing summer place when warmer and sunnier. Highly recommend!

Apartment with a little vintage but very well maintained, very clean and functional. Just outside the door there is a convenient shuttle stop that takes you to the beach for free, and in front of a small supermarket with everything you need. You can also walk to the center of Sirolo in just 10 minutes. Special thanks to Lina, a truly delightful, very kind, nice and helpful host. She allowed us to arrive early and leave later to meet our needs, gave us lots of tips and left us something for breakfast and cooking. We'll be back for sure!

Very clean apartment with everything you need. Very close to the Sferisterio and also to the Sferisterio parking lot. The stairs inside are a bit high, as mentioned in the ad. You have to be careful, especially downhill. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back.

Wow, that was our first response. What a beautiful spacious apartment with a fantastic view. Great. You can see the sea from the loggia and on the other side the village of Recanati. The apartment is stylishly decorated with beautiful furniture. The double bedroom is spacious and the bed sleeps wonderfully. The kitchen is fully furnished with good equipment and everything is available to cook a nice meal. We felt right at home and enjoyed it enormously. The location is wonderfully quiet but still close to restaurants, supermarkets, etc. The host and hostess are particularly welcoming, friendly, happy to give tips and make sure you don't miss anything. They give you a “home to home” feeling. We will definitely visit again.
