Family-friendly holiday rentals in Recanati

We have been to this beautiful place for the 3rd time, and will come back here again and again as the air, atmosphere and the Casali are very lovingly and constantly maintained. Olive trees, vines all around with 2 well-kept pools, we didn't even drive to the sea so nice is it just relax there and indeed it is a wonderful silence. The dirt road to the houses is a small challenge with lowered cars in the first 3tel (community road), once they have driven the way, they quickly get the hang of which is the ideal line. Claudia’s home was absolutely wonderful and so was she! We stayed for 4 days— too short a time—and ended up spending much of our time at the house. Claudia had excellent recommendations for local food and activities (including homemade pasta at the local market, which we loved cooking in the beautiful kitchen) and was always available to answer questions. The location is well situated— less than an hour from a variety of sights, from the frassasi caves to beaches and hillside towns scattered around Umbria and Marche. Wineries, olive groves, biking, hiking, etc. Plenty of activities to keep you busy, but our favorite thing was to enjoy the home, listen to the birds, and watch the sunset from the pool or hot tub. We also loved being here in early/mid May, when temps can be a bit cool but tourist crowds are still small. Highly recommend.

The place was everything you could hope for. A peaceful environment, a private yard, and beautiful scenery. A spacious home that was clean and had everything you needed. Plenty to do for a small child (our 2-year-old enjoyed the holiday just as much as the adults). I would recommend it to anyone looking for lots of space, tranquility, and natural beauty. A car is necessary, but getting around was easy. We also enjoyed spending time by the sea, about a 20-minute drive away. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful.

The property and the residential building are in a very quiet and relaxed location - perfect for switching off. Everything worked smoothly, from booking to departure. The contact with Paolo was uncomplicated, friendly and always helpful. Everything is easily accessible by car - shopping, restaurants and attractions are quickly accessible. Clear recommendation!

We stayed at Montenovo Country House for the first time this year from the 25th June to the 9th July. From the moment we first made contact to enquire about renting the apartment, the owner, Anna couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful to us. On arrival, Anna met with us and showed us around the apartment and swimming pool area. Everything was just perfect and our chosen apartment called Rustico was very charming, well equipped and immaculate inside. We had a fantastic holiday here with our family, enjoying the beautiful far reaching views, the large swimming pool and the peaceful relaxing location. The surrounding area around Ostra Vetere is absolutely stunning with Senigallia beach only twenty minutes car journey away. Thank you to Anna for all your hospitality and we will definitely be returning again to Montenovo Country House again next year.

I highly recommend this place! The house was spacious and a breathtaking view opened from the windows that left speechless. It is located in the heart of Fermo, near Piazza del Popolo, and just like a small museum it perfectly preserves the style of the eighteenth century. Chiara and her husband were very kind and helpful. The apartment is on the second floor and Chiara's husband helped me bring my luggage both on arrival and departure. Chiara prepared a breakfast cake for me-it was delicious! I felt all the warmth and care with which it was done. It was a real pleasure staying in such a fascinating place.

The Casale di Laura is by far the best equipped Airbnb we've ever had - and believe me, we travel a lot! Every detail was really thought of, from ear sticks, to toothpaste, shampoo, detergent, bathrobe, dishwasher, oil, welcome cake, water, wine, etc...I could list so much more - every detail was really thought of! The house/property is furnished and laid out with so much love, you can't even describe it in detail. The three of us had a great relaxing holiday with the dog🩷 In the morning, on the walk to the bar for cappuccino and cornetto, there are so many small and larger places to explore, many restaurants - whether in the mountains or by the sea or just by the pool or enjoy the great view from the terrace...🥰 We can only recommend the property, the area and especially the hospitality of Laura & Fam. from the heart...👌🏾 thank you for a wonderful vacation⛱

We had a wonderful time at this place! The location is wonderfully quiet – perfect to unwind. We were particularly enthusiastic about the huge fenced garden where our dog could jump around – a real dog paradise! The hostess was very warm and even put a few small things in the fridge for us – a nice gesture! The kitchen equipment was great, it really had everything you need. A highlight was also the chickens – fresh eggs for breakfast directly from the garden once they have laid some. The view is fantastic, there is plenty to do in the area, and good restaurants are also not far away. We would definitely go back and can only recommend it.

A real corner of paradise; first of all the availability and kindness of Oriana who welcomed us in a house cared for in every detail, where there was no lack of comfort to spend a relaxing stay immersed in the Marche hills. A special thank you also from our dog who perhaps enjoyed the breakfasts in the beautiful garden more than anyone else.

Sirolo is a gem. We loved the location of the apartment. Right above the square so with the windows open, you are immersed in the action with the sea in view. With the windows closed you are removed. Main bedroom is in the back and so very quiet. Great recommendations and well-appointed. It’s a narrow space and lots of stairs. No issue for us but something to keep in mind. Looking forward to our next visit to this beautiful area.

Everything is perfect. Absolutely quality apartment in everything, with that extra something... The great attention to detail and the attention of the owners made our stay really pleasant. It will be a pleasure to be able to return, thanks to Marco and Eleonora.

We stayed at Marco's place for three nights with our family of five and our dog. We felt very comfortable. The farmhouse with the natural stones and the open wooden beam exudes a very pleasant atmosphere. It is very spacious and well suited for a larger family The area with the many populated hills is unique. Marco was very accommodating and helpful. The Sibillian mountains are just a stone's throw away, we made two beautiful hikes to the Lame Rosse and the Infernaccio gorge. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

Veronica is a great host for an impressive place. We had a great time at her amazing house.

The house is nestled in a village rich in history, and you can walk to both the sea and the surrounding woods, taking beautiful walks. We were greeted by co-host Antonella who did her best to help us with our luggage (our car was too big and we were unable to enter the square in front of the house). The ground floor has undergone a conservative renovation that respected the original materials but ensured significant efficiency, new bathrooms, new kitchen, excellent heating considering the many rooms. The house is cozy, bright, spacious (three bedrooms and two bathrooms) and there are two beautiful terraces with an unparalleled sea view. We had a great time and really enjoyed life in the village.

The most beautiful place in Italy. We enjoyed it so much. Michela and Massimo are the kindest and sweetest people. Our stay was perfect. The view, the apartment, the garden, .. everything was with made with so much love the and lovely details. We will come back.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Design! The owner checked us in and showed is the villa. The kitchen was amazing and the pool area as well. DH Villas was very helpful during the stay och helped organized a cooking class at the villa, and it was such a great experience!
