Peaceful Getaway w/ Easy Access to Lassen & Shasta

Our peaceful apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by beautiful oak and manzanita trees, 2 miles from Bethel and Simpson. With easy access to I-5, you can be at Mt. Lassen National Park or Mt. Shasta in less than one hour! We can accommodate up to 4 people in a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, & a single rollaway bed (suggested for a youth/child) upon request. Our guest apartment is available for daily, weekly, and monthly rentals.

Choose from the broad list of fine dining options Chico has to offer! Our owner is chemical and fragrance sensitive. We use natural cleaning products, detergents and soap.

Living room TV is a 50" Roku. There is a washer and dryer in the basement of this building. Please no pets, no smoking (anything), and no candle burning.
