This is our third stay at this property and we still love it. The house feels like a second home - great amenities and nicely furnished. We finally got to utilize the pool this visit and it was fantastic, they even have floats and pool towels for guests to use! Garage access is super helpful for parking, AC was perfect with the Chico heat, house was super clean, and the house has so much space for a family. Jay has thought of everything in this house and we’d highly recommend it. We love it so much that we’ll be back again in the fall!

Had a wonderful stay at Leah’s place. The swimming pool is the best pool I’ve ever used. It is always so warm and relaxing. The grounds are extremely private and beautiful with so much incredible sights and sounds of nature. Unfortunately we had to leave abruptly due to unforeseen circumstances and Leah’s communication was extremely proactive and quick. We truly enjoyed her place and can’t wait to return.

This house was perfect to accommodate our family’s visit to the Redding area for a wedding! We loved the quiet neighborhood and the house met all our needs for a nice space to relax and visit during a hot temperature weekend! The game room was a big hit with our young grandsons! Would definitely stay again!

Similar to another guest I was a little nervous about having a shared back yard/pool but it wasn’t a problem at all. I stayed here on a trip with my 3 teenagers. The house had everything needed and the beds were comfortable. I especially appreciated the large quantity of towels available. So convenient. And plenty of hot water. The yard is really pretty, and the fruit trees make it feel like a country oasis.

Danielle has an amazing place, great for what we needed for a short weekend getaway. Being pet friendly was definitely a plus. With the heat, there was enough AC and fans to keep us cool. We’ll definitely be back!

I had a great stay here! Super homey and comfortable, I felt right at home. Accessing the Airbnb was simple and I felt my work truck was safe overnight there. I would be happy to stay again in the future.

This was maybe one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed at - clean, comfortable, quiet and spacious. Host was very communicative. Suited our needs perfectly.

Enjoyed the stay. Big space, and in excellent interior condition. Only issue was getting to the place, maps direction went to a different place and took some time arriving.

Our stay was quiet and we didn’t have any complaints. Our dog loved running around the backyard. The place had everything we needed and was close to the wedding venue we were headed to. The beds were so comfortable! Best sleep I’ve had in a long time. AC and fans all work great. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Maria’s place.

The place was nice and clean. Having a toddler, it was nice to see that there were small things that catered to them and made such a big difference! It's close to everything that we needed to go to so the location is very convenient! Would book again!

The house was as described and very clean. The location worked for me as it was close to my parent’s place and was the reason for my visit. The location is also very close to Mount Shasta, Lake Shasta, WhiskeyTown Lake, Turtle Bay and other places in the greater Anderson/Redding area. Would definitely recommend to others.

Cute and cozy, well decorated. The outdoor tub with fairy lights outside was a delight.

Very fun and colorful decor, very chill rural area just outside redbluff with a cool view. Chet is a genuinely warm and thoughtful human being.

We loved the bee hive. Cozy place to unwind before we ventured out through Shasta county. Cute touches throughout the home.

They keep this place very clean and organized. I had such a great time here. It was an amazing place to work and get things done. We were here for trial and the owners of this beautiful Airbnb were incredibly kind and accommodating. They also left us a jar of honey which, tasted amazing.

This airbnb was perfect for us and our visiting family members. The space was small but VERY comfortable and had everything that was needed for very comfortable stay. We appreciated that this space had everything needed and more to make the stay very comfortable. The Host was very proactive and responsive.

The location was perfect for the various activities I had planned which included Lassen Volcanic NP, Burney Falls, McCloud Falls, sundial bridge, Shasta lake and Shasta caverns. Host was proactive and provided clear directions and expectations regarding remote location and grocery availability. With said information my partner and I prepared meal items to avoid traveling for food and instead cooked simple meals at the Airbnb. The areas was clean and overall it served us well.
