Welcome to The Cedar House, a studio guest house detached from our main house. You will have separate entrance, private bathroom. Wood floors and ceilings and the woods you see through the windows give it the feeling of a cabin. The queen bed is in the loft and you must be able to use the stairs to get to it! There is a queen sleeper sofa on the main level for more sleeping. Upon request, 4 additional single air mattresses and bedding are available. Space is available for a baby pack-n-play.

Welcome to our cozy guesthouse ADU located in the walkout basement of our newly built home. A quiet & safe neighborhood with quick access to highways 405 and 520. You can easily explore nearby Bellevue, Kirkland and the greater Seattle area. Please note, our Airbnb is located beneath our kitchen. We want to be upfront & transparent about this to set accurate expectations. Our weekdays start at 6.30/7am and you may hear us walking in the kitchen if you're sensitive to noise.

Our 1957 Crown school bus Is a fully equipped motor home. We’ve traveled thousands of miles in it and it has been a member of the family for 42 years. Studio w/Private Entrance and No Shared Space located 3 blocks North of Rose Hill elementary school with plenty of street parking and close to Microsoft Campus, Downtown Redmond and Downtown Kirkland all within 3 miles of our Rose Hill Kirkland neighborhood. Our air conditioned newly constructed Backyard Bungalow was finished in January 2016.
