Very nice spot for the price. A charming building and tastefully decorated.

I have stayed at this property multiple times over the past few years, while my child went to college locally. Each time, the rooms have been exactly as pictured, amenities great, and the host has been extremely responsive; even responding at 10:30p when I could not figure out how to turn on the shower! The price is better than anyplace else I stayed in Klamath Falls over the years, especially for the well-appointed apartment in a great, central, walkable and quiet location. I would highly recommend, especially for parents needing to stay more than one night in KL.

We had an incredible time at this place! The unit is cozy and exactly as described. Dawn was super responsive to our questions. It’s a beautiful, peaceful spot right by the Klamath River with access to the riverbank. Our little one had a blast watching the birds and other small wildlife in the front yard. It’s just a 10-minute drive from the Seiad Valley cafe and store. The people there are super friendly and welcoming. Just a heads up, there’s no reception on SR 96 Klamath River Highway, so it’s best to download offline maps and familiarize yourself with the area before you start driving. We highly recommend this place and we’ll definitely be back again!

Brandees place was very homey and comfortable! Perfect for a stay after a long day of exploring. Would recommend this to anyone in the area!

We had looked at quite a few other airbnbs in the area and we are so glad we chose The Loft. First a Corgi!!! Who doesn't love a corgi haha. Jhana was so cute, very friendly and loved to play and hangout. It was easy to find, easy to access, and a good size for just the 2 of us. Its a very central location everything we needed was no more than a 10 minute drive. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Pat was absolutely wonderful. From the snacks upon check in to the conversations and recommendations, she was the best! Even my dad said airbnbs typically are not like this. It was out first time using airbnb and we were more than pleased with everything. Thank you!

Had a great stay at Dan's place. Roomy, clean, private, and near the main road with plenty of walkable options for drinks or dinner.

Tristin's place was a great. It's an excellent base for exploring several amazing redwood forests, most notably Humboldt, and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and spacious. It's also convenient that it's located right on top of a nice grocery store. We could just walk downstairs to grab groceries. Would definitely stay here again if planning another trip to Humboldt.

Exceeded our expectations. Hope to be back soon.

Noa’s place is an absolute gem. We instantly fell in love with the space—it felt like home the moment we arrived. The location is perfect: peaceful and quiet, yet conveniently close to supermarkets, restaurants, and best of all, just a short, easy drive to the Redwoods. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Highly recommend!

I went for my Abuelita’s funeral. It wasn’t far from where I was staying. My daughter and I walked around and got to see the Market on Saturday before we left. Peaceful and very nice place. I would recommend staying there.

Great stay! Loved it. It was perfectly situated by all the hikes! We loved it! Small noise heard by shared wall, very minimal and it would not deter me at all

I arrived early and it was very hot out. I asked Sandra if the apartment was ready and she invited me to go in. The air was on, the fans were running, apartment was light, clean, and with beautiful views. I was happy!!! I slept well even with the train passing by. I went hiking the next day for 4 miles walking to City Park and had great Thai food. Great experience.

We enjoyed the location. Everything like our favorite restaurants and grocery store was within walking distance which we loved. Place was clean and comfortable.

our way was great, we only stayed a day but I had stayed longer i would have enjoyed more of the great amenities. Host was communicative and checked in on us via messenger. glad the location was out of main hustle and bustle but only a 15 minute drive if you wanted to get food or a store. would recommend!

Well worth the 14 minute drive out of town. The ranch is gorgeous with thoughtful features throughout (fire pit, roping practice, rope swing, seating areas with the best views in mind). We spent the majority of our trip just enjoying the house and space as the entire ranch feels like a vacation! Quiet. Hut tub was clean and warm. The pool was lovely, we would consider coming back in the summer just to enjoy the pool!

Stuart was an amazing host. Easy going and kind. Made sure we got in safe. Had good recommendations, gave clear directions. Everything we needed was there, towels, extra blankets, fully equipped kitchen, it was like being at home only cleaner and clutter free. Enjoyed our morning walks to town for breakfast and shopping. Space is private and quiet. We will be back.

We had a wonderful time at Black Sands Inn! The location was incredible, and the room was very well decorated with comfortable furnishings. There's a cute coffee shop next door and good restaurants nearby. You can't beat the beach access directly from the room. It was a really gorgeous location and a cute little apartment. We wanted to move in and never go home. We'll be back!

This was my second time I stayed at this, Amy’s, apartment. I was in town for work, very long days, so I didn’t hss as be the opportunity to walk the neighborhood nor go out to dinner or see the sights but I’m told there’s alot of outdoor things to do, hikes and beach walks and such. The apartment was perfect for a traveling worker’s needs who’s staying for more than a few days. Very comfortable indeed

Wow! It was an amazing view and beautiful, peaceful home. It was also walking distance to restaurants which was convenient for me and my husband. We also were only few min away from black sands beach and hiking trails. This was the perfect honeymoon spot for us!
