Nowadays, the location still resembles a fairytale’s beauty. The cottage is comfortably equipped with facilities as a large private terrace, multiple unique bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

It is a quiet park, where people also come for their peace and not to party. The house has a large garden with complete privacy, with a fireplace and a pizza oven. The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. In the immediate vicinity you will find several nice restaurants. The fascinating hilly landscape in which Berg and Dal and Groesbeek are hidden, are easy to reach by foot or by bike as well as the sandy beaches of the river Waal where you can swim. The studio is accessible for disabled people with a wheelchair.
