The floors are rented seperately and each have room for 6 to 8 guests. The farm is fitted with all the amenities for a pleasant and luxurious stay. The farm was completely renovated in 2016. High quality materials were used and the finish is in a modern / Industrial style with steel and woord but has kept its cosy character. Combined with the rural location, a stay in the farm offers a unique experience.

De Villa is onder architectuur gebouwd en werkelijk uniek. Buiten en binnen lopen in elkaar over. Prachtig is de zeer grote centrale ruimte met open haard. Hier omheen liggen de slaapkamers met Auping Kingsize bedden en TV. De Villa is van alle gemakken voorzien. Tegen betaling toegang wellness.

The beautiful terrazzo still adorns the floors. The house is located in Germany in the village of Issum, only a 30-minute drive from Venlo. The atmosphere is friendly, cozy and there are always fresh flowers. Play a game of jeu de boules and have breakfast in the morning sun on the terrace in the garden.

The bathroom has a lovely rain shower. On the ground floor you will find a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bed. On the first floor is a double bed in a separate open space. The large lawn is perfect for a game of football or badminton!
