Very peaceful country house surrounded with its orchard, with a meadow, and with a path of walking. The village with the baker and his café is quite close. Parthenay, a medieval city where take place numerous festivals is in 10 mn by car, the Marais Poitevin, 30 mn, The Futuroscope and the Loire Valley, 45 mn, Puy du Fou, 1h and beaches in Vendée or the île de Ré at 1H30mn. There is a lot of Roman churches and great castles to discover in the area. You also have tennis and golf course around.

Private apartment adjoining the house

Close to the city center, 500 m from the military school and 1500 m from the train station. Free shuttle 50 m away. I offer a private apartment on the ground floor of a main house. Private entrance. Sheets provided Shower room + separate toilet. Equipped independent kitchen (microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle). The washing machine is available to share with the owner. The owner has access to the boiler room adjoining the kitchen. Access to the veranda, green space and terrace.

For holidays or work, access is quick via the A10 a few minutes away. Located in the countryside, in a place called, you can find all amenities a few km drive away. Equipped with a connected TV, Wi-Fi you can access your Netflix or other accounts if you wish.

In a green setting we offer a quiet, warm, self-contained loft, a short walk from the city center, close to shops and 20'walk to the SNCF train station. We have kept the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bikes or motorcycles only, firewood...). On 40M² we host independently from 1 to 4 people (a queen bed, a 130 sofa bed).

Country cottage

Welcome to Jean-Luc and Momo's, we can accommodate up to 6 people. We are 2 km from the town, where there is a lake with swimming, children's games and a bowling green, a grocery store, a bar, a pharmacy, a bakery. The cottage is 5 km from the golf course, 1 hour from La Rochelle, Futuroscope, Puy du Fou, Planet of the Apes, 40 minutes from Marais Poitevin and hiking trails.
