Beachfront holiday rental in Murcia

Fabulous stay at Eric's apartment. Host was always very quick to respond to any questions, and very friendly, and spoke great English. Apartment easy to find and access. Bedrooms and lounge were brilliant, loads of space. Balcony was first class, with chairs overlooking the beach and above the Pyramid cafe. Linen, beach chairs and all the kitchen extras provided. There were lots of restaurants within a 10 minute walk, and Eric gave us some tips, we particularly liked the tapas bar, El Pimiento, and the restaurant Zoco del mar, which was next to the castle, and had marvellous views over the whole bay. There is a lovely Plaza within 5 minutes, which has lots of cafe's , ice cream bars etc. Apartment was an hour from Murcia airport. The beach is fantastic, literally 1 minute walk down, and swimming in the sea was brilliant. It was generally quiet, and lovely and peaceful, although on a weekend can get a bit busier. A brilliant stay, and one we would definitely come back to.

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Logement bien équipé, fidèle à la description. Les produits managers de base disponible sont un plus. Suffisamment de serviettes, oreillers supplémentaires, torchons de cuisines. Equipement de cuisine assez complet. Quartier calme, immeuble aussi. Accès à pied à la plage.

Los Urrutias y concretamente el apartamento es un sitio perfecto para la tranquilidad y para poder tener un tiempo para respirar y relajarte. El apartamento está muy bien comedor y cocina en el comedor grande y espacioso, una habitación con cama matrimonial muy cómoda y espaciosa… la terraza es una de los mejores espacios con barbacoa y vistas al mar. No se como estará en verano pero en semana santa es un sitio perfecto para relajarse. Cartagena está a 15 min.

Vicenta was the perfect host. Always extremely responsive. The apartment was incredible and the views were absolutely stunning. We originally were only supposed to stay 2 nights but we loved it so much we extended by 2 more nights. It was so relaxing and beautiful. Next time I’m in Spain I would love to visit La Manga and stay at her home again.

Graham was the perfect host providing us with lots of information beforehand on beaches, restaurants, places to visit & golf courses. He met us on arrival & showed us where everything was & had even provided a cold bottle of fizz & a delicious Spanish cake. His apartment is beautiful with really comfortable beds & excellent showers. The best bit was the terrace with amazing sea views. He has thought of everything & there is a real sense of thought & care for his visitors e.g. he makes it very clear that you are welcome to use all the herbs, spices, oils etc. He even provides beach towels which is great. Our favourite beach was Playa Amarillo which was a 5 minute drive away although the beach in front of the apartment was good for swimming if it was a bit choppy in other places. We visited Lorca & Mojacar for days out & Aguilon Golf which were all easy to get to. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you Graham for a lovely stay.

Un alojamiento moderno y acogedor. Muy completo y cómodo y lo mejor de todo que más que huésped te tratan como parte de la familia con detalle de bienvenida y solución inmediata para todas las dudas que nos surgirán. Inmejorable ubicación y menaje muy completo. Lo recomiendo con los ojos cerrados ya que tiene planes para grandes y pequeños cerca pero a la vez muy tranquilo

La estancia ha sido magnífica. las vistas del apartamento son increíbles, sentarse en el balcón o la butaca y ver el amanecer y el mar a lo largo del día es simplemente fantástico. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para la comodidad y todos los detalles están cubiertos. Una estancia increíble en la que repetir próximamente. Professioneller, schneller und unkomplizierter Kontakt. Wohnung super sauber und modern eingerichtet. Schöner Stil. Unglaubliche Aussicht und durch die Höhe der Wohnung und des Balkons auch sehr ruhig. Tiefgaragen Stellplatz. Die Wohnanlage besteht aus teilweise festen Bewohnern und Feriengästen, dadurch ist eine schöne Atmosphäre. Pools waren nie überfüllt. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung und bedanken uns bei Alexey&Natalia und Elena.

Amazing place to stay, sometimes you look at the photos and think, this place doesn't look that big. This was the complete opposite, the apartment is huge. Two balconies, a roof terrace and a hot tub! The amenities within the secure complex are brilliant, you're within walking distance to at least 3 beaches and good bars and restaurants. Communication with the host is brilliant, Dominik and Magdalena are super responsive and personable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

El departamento es un sueño, tal cual las fotos. La cocina esta muy equipada para los que nos gusta cocinar. El parking es comodisimo, no es techado, pero entra un SUV sin problemas. La velocidad del Wifi oscila entre 200 y 400 Mbps, ideal para los que trabajan de manera remota. Los atardeceres, como bien lo dice en la descripciones: los mejores de España.

Very beautiful. Looked better than in pictures. Pools were vey close to an apartment. One of the pools were heated. Coffee, pool accessories and toys for children and other useful things were available. Very friendly communication.

Die Wohnung ist schön, ordentlich und sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Vom Balkon kann man direkt auf das Meer blicken. Ein gepflegter Naturstrand (offenes Meer) befindet sich ebenfalls direkt vor dem Wohnkomplex. Ein sehr schöner Strand am Mar Menor ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. In der Nähe befinden sich ebenfalls ein kleiner Supermarkt, div. Restauranst und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Gerne kommen wir einmal wieder.

Tuvimos una experiencia excelente en este Airbnb. La amabilidad de Oleg hizo toda la diferencia: siempre estuvo pendiente y atento a cualquier requerimiento o consulta, respondiendo con rapidez y disposición. La ubicación es inmejorable, con fácil acceso a todo lo que necesitábamos, y la vista desde el alojamiento es simplemente espectacular. Además, el lugar estaba impecablemente limpio, lo que nos hizo sentir muy cómodos desde el primer momento. Sin duda, lo recomendaría y volvería sin pensarlo.

Great apartment on the 7th floor with amazing sunrise views over the Mediterraneo, which is only a few steps away. The apartment has everything for a short or long stay. The nice Aguilas is nearby.

Súper contenta con este alojamiento, la ubicación no podía ser mejor a un minuto de la playa. Con Luis la comunicación súper fácil y muy atento. Sin duda lo recomiendo muchísimo!

We had an amazing stay at Natalia’s place and can’t recommend it enough! She was warm, caring, and went above and beyond—even driving us to the bus station because we had so much luggage. We originally booked 6 nights but loved it so much we extended for 4 more. The apartment was beautiful, super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped. It was peaceful, relaxing, and felt like home. Natalia’s communication was always quick and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and the Consum supermarket. If you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and a truly wonderful host, this is the perfect place. Thank you, Natalia—we’ll definitely be back!

Estuvimos unos días porque teníamos un congreso en el hotel de enfrente y no quedaban habitaciones, así que nos vino de lujo. Tanto Cristina como José Ángel han sido maravillosos y el piso es exactamente lo que dice ser. El sitio es pequeño, así que tres caben justitos, pero para ser un piso de playa no te lo vas a encontrar más cómodo y moderno que este. Te incluyen todo lo necesario para cocinar e incluso para sazonar la comida, o sea que puedes . Como pequeño fallo decir que el agua de la ducha se cuela por las juntas y moja el suelo, pero no es mucho. Está todo muy bien. Estamos muy contentos y repetiríamos si hiciera falta un alojamiento cerca.

A great apartment looking out to the beach which is just a few steps away. The balcony is perfect to sit with a glass of wine at night and just listen to the waves rolling in. The area is quiet, has a good Chiringuito at the end of the street and is just a couple of minutes walk down the promenade to the main beach restaurant area or into the town. It felt like a Spanish town, not Brits abroad. Ana gave us plenty of recommendations as to where to go, what to do but the kids, and we, were just happy on the massive stretch of sand and in the warm waters that couldn’t be closer. Would definitely stay here again.

For en fantastisk leilighet! Den har perfekt beliggenhet på stranden, og med utsikt over strand og havet. Vi hadde lest noen anmeldelser som nevnte kirkeklokken. For oss ble det en naturlig det av lydbildet og sjenerte oss ikke. Leiligheten har alt du trenger for selvhushold om du ønsker det. Patrick og den lokale hushjelpen er hyggelige og de er lett å kommunisere med. Rett over gaten er et veldig flott bakeri, og på matbutikken må jeg nevne damen som jobber i ferskvaren. Hun hadde god kunnskap om ost med mer. Vi kommer tilbake og anbefaler Patrick og leiligheten på det varmeste😊

The place was grate.. It must bee one of the best Airbnb to rant,, All was perfekt .. We will rent this place next time we goes south of Spain.. Thanks for having us..
