Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Murcia

Ricardo was very attentive at all times for my arrival and departure, adapting to my circumstances, and he made sure that I had no problems in the apartment, answering my questions by messages at the time. The accommodation is spacious, very comfortable and was very clean. I was able to work quietly with my computer and the apartment's wifi, and I really appreciated the air conditioning, towels, gel/shampoo and coffee that he left me. The area is quiet and there are cafes, shops and home-cooked takeaway establishments nearby. Thank you very much for everything!

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful residence, a little far from the city center 20min car but no traffic so easy to go back and forth. Nice pool, great stay, the hosts are very responsive thank you for everything!!

The apartment is great and the location is perfect, upon arrival they took us well. On the other hand, at the end of the stay we had a problem because of a small crack in a freezer drawer that was already when we arrived at the floor and we were reported to the platform, that way, the deal leaves a lot to be desired.

Fantastic accommodation in a quiet and magical place. The apartment was as described,clean, very comfortable, tidy,practical and had everything it indicated. We returned without a doubt. We were at home.

Firstly, Ivan is a wonderful host, and having such a great host makes all the difference. The villa is beautifully presented and contains everything you need to have a fun, relaxing holiday. The pool is perfect and the jacuzzi created a great place to unwind in the evenings. Grocery shopping is minutes on foot and there's lots to do nearby from Crazy Golf, Karting, beach, shopping, etc. I highly recommend Ivan and this villa. Many thanks, Stephen.

My friends and I spent a pleasant and comfortable vacation, to the sandy beach and the sea about 350 mm, a short distance of at least two very good restaurants, a shop 50 meters away ( shops are open 7 days a week), very comfortable with privacy, which is not a problem in Torevieja due to the abundance of accommodation and apartments, the host is nice and helpful, in general with a clear conscience I can recommend

The house was amazing, so homely and comfortable. We had a struggle when we lost the key, but Magda arrived in the morning to let us back in. Furthermore, her dad drove us to the town nearby to make our train ! Lovely people and lovely home.

hello, we had a good holiday, a very quiet place, many nearby restaurants, shopping center, abaneras, a few meters from the house, and also the aquapolis park of Torreveija two minutes away, frankly, thank you very much, Mr. Anas for the welcome.

We had a fantastic time at Daniel Y Marcela’s house. Quiet, peaceful area close to everything, 1-2 minutes by car to the beach and as far as shops (Lidl, etc), restaurants are just around the corner. Everything was perfect, if we get the chance we will definitely return.

Wow! This villa is outstanding. Modern, well equipped and of a very high standard. They have everything you could need. Great location with fantastic local bars and eateries within easy reach. Perfect location between the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean. Very comfortable beds. Excellent communication with hosts.

The house is fantastic, and Sergio is wonderful to host. We booked the house in 2019 and due to the pandemic, for two years we were unable to attend and they booked it for us. It has given us a lot of facilities in terms of arrival as it has been as comfortable as possible. We will definitely be back!

We were 6 people and we were very comfortable, since the house has 2 rooms, 1 of them with a very spacious bunk bed, + sofa bed. The house is fully equipped, is very easy to get to ,has all the supermarkets very close and the beach is 10 by car. It has a barbecue in the terrace and a table with some benches, chairs... which is very good. It has a light in this area, maybe another one would be missing, but otherwise, great! Communication with Pascal was always very prompt and with Anita too. I would go back without thinking :)

I already knew the urbanization, Sylvie's apartment is the one we've been best, also the most expensive. Take great care of the details and thank you.

Excellent appartement in a very good location near the centre and the beaches and with an amazing sea view. The host is extremely friendly and helpful. The building is cer well maintained and has a communal pool and a private door to the beaches.
