Living in a Gründerzeit house: Unique, cozy & a bit more beautiful! The modern loft apartment is located in a beautiful Gründerzeit house in the Hof city center. Pedestrian zone and train station are each only a few minutes walk away. The loft has a kitchenette, a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bathtub as well as a floor-level shower. The ceiling spotlights can be adjusted in color to create an individually cozy ambiance for bathing.

Family-friendly country house with garden

Our house is suitable for families and other groups. Fichtel Mountains, Franconian Forest and Ore Mountains are within easy reach (15-30 min by car). In the garden (closed on three sides, 3700 m²) there is a small campfire area, a grill, a sandbox and, on request, a pool for children. Play material is available for all generations. Horseback riding stables, swimming lakes, climbing forest and jump park are nearby. A car is necessary due to the remote location.

Less than 2 minutes' drive the highway and 5 minutes on foot to the town. There it is, your apartment! It's in the lower part of the house facing the garden with plenty of space to relax. Since our son has moved out, we have renovated and lovingly furnished the apartment. You are welcome to use the garden and barbecue, as well as the outdoor dining table. As I am a qualified hotel manager, it is a pleasure to host guests.

The well-air-conditioned new apartment with underfloor heating is modernly equipped and has a large living and dining area with access to a private terrace. A box-spring bed and a sofa bed with a topper are available. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary cooking utensils (incl. toaster, dishwasher, fridge and coffee maker, etc.).

Unser Haus ist ruhig gelegen, ca. 2 km vom schönen Untreusee entfernt. Nach Hof sind es 5 km, nach Rehau 10 km. Wir vemieten ein abgeschlossenes Apartment im Untergeschoß, bestehend aus einem Wohn-Schlafbereich ca. 24qm, einer Singleküche ca. 4qm und einem Bad ca. 3,5 qm. Die Wohnung ist mit eigenem Türöffner und einer Sprechanlage ausgestattet.
