The approx. 28 m² Atelier Galerie Blau has been converted into a cozy duplex-style apartment with a separate entrance and small garden terrace. In the upper area is the sleeping and working level with a double bed of 180 x 200 m. On the ground floor is the dining area with a kitchenette and a sofa, which can be folded out into a sofa bed if needed. Right next to it is the small shower room. A washing machine is also at your disposal.

Our penthouse (approx. 180 m²) has its very own style. Absolute feel-good atmosphere in the middle of downtown. The roof terrace is great, especially in summer. We are happy to organize a wine workshop. From Mainz you can make wonderful excursions to the wine regions of Rheinhessen, Nahe, Middle Rhine and Rheingau. Mainzer Fastnacht is a highlight. From the balcony you can see the Rose Monday parade.

Located in Fürth in the Odenwald, the separate guest apartment (renovated approx. 45 sqm/2021) offers a cozy ambience and has its own entrance with garden. As a special highlight, there is a 2.20 m x 2.30 m hot tub (up to 5 people) for sole and private use on the covered terrace. It is available day and night at no extra cost, even in winter.
