The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

The Wörthersee-Rosental tourism region offers numerous cultural and sporting excursion opportunities: In the surrounding area are: Klagenfurt, Villach, Velden am Wörthersee, the Drau Cycle Path. This apartment is located very diagonally opposite the beach. From the private terrace you have only a few meters to a public lake access, see photo. My accommodation is close to Klagenfurt (8 km) and Lake Wörthersee (5 km). It is located directly on the Rauschelesee, a small warm swimming lake in the protected landscape. Klagenfurt Airport is about 14 km away. The bus stop is in the immediate proximity. You'll love my place if you're looking for the original, prefer closeness to nature, love living by the water, and enjoy meeting cosmopolitan people.
