Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

This apartment is located very diagonally opposite the beach. From the private terrace you have only a few meters to a public lake access, see photo. Furthermore, you can walk to the supermarket, cafe and restaurants. A vacation completely without a car is possible. Newly added is an approx. 12 m² large room, a kind of conservatory, which makes the apartment more spacious and possibly also offers space for a third person.

Von hier aus kann vom Einkauf über den Besuch von Kaffeehäusern und Restaurants bis zum Baden alles zu Fuß unternommen werden.

Welcome to our modern apartment within walking distance to Lake Wörthersee. The stylishly furnished apartment has a private parking space and a cozy terrace that invites you to linger and relax. The nearest shopping facility is in Reifnitz 5 minutes away by car. A bus stop is 300 m away. Lake Wörthersee is accessible all year round, in summer beach bathing is included. Only accessible by stairs.

Our place with charming terrace and superior location was renovated in April-2018. Its only 150m from the lake and just 50m from bus station. It is a studio for a family or 4 adults with kitchen, bathroom and terrace. Tourist office and restaurants are located next to our building.
