Only 5 km from Aschaffenburg on the foothills of the Spessart I offer a modern and sunny 2.5 room apartment with own entrance. It has morning sun on the roof terrace with a distant view and a balcony. 1.60 m bed, bathtub, TV, WiFi and kitchenette. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. You can reach a 24-hour shop and restaurant within walking distance, and a 5-minute walk to the bus to Aschaffenburg HBF. I am looking forward to your visit !

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von In Darmstadts grünen Norden gelegene, vollmöblierte, helle und einladende 1 Zimmer Wohnung - "Studio" (Schlaf- sowie Wohnbereich - siehe Bilder), in der man sich sofort wie zu Hause fühlt, Koffer abstellen und genießen. Es wurde extra günstig gehalten für die Weihnachtszeit. Falls zwei verschiedene Gäste anreisen, können wir auch die zwei Boxspringbetten auseinderstellen oder es bleibt als ein Doppelbett wie auf den Bildern. Wir freuen uns auf Ihre Anreise.

The 50 m² apartment with separate entrance and private parking is located in a quiet residential area on the edge of a field and yet only 300 m to the baker. The smoke-free basement with 5 windows has a hallway with a wardrobe, a daylight shower room with a hairdryer and vanity mirror and a 40 m² living/bedroom with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa (can also be used as a sofa bed), armchair, large smart TV, Wi-Fi/VDSL, telephone, desk, 140 cm wide bed and shutters. Pets on request.

Fully equipped 2 room studio in quiet, natural location 12 min from Darmstadt. The newly created studio is part of a 1-family house with separate entrance, kitchen and complete bathroom. One parking space available. Major supermarkets, Post O, pharmacy and restaurants in walking distance. Bus lines NE, N and O 6 min walking distance, as is train station with direct connection to FRA and DA north station near Merck. Highways A5/A67 are 5.5 km and FRA Int Airport a 30 minute drive away.

The fully equipped, modern apartment (95 m²) with separate entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. In the spacious and bright apartment, there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. The quiet location invites you to take walks and excursions to the nearby vineyards and the surrounding area. The center of Groß-Umstadt with its historic market square is 4 km away, Darmstadt 24 km and Aschaffenburg 26 km. The train station (700 m) offers connection to the public transport network.

South -West-Wing Ueberau

The cozy and quaint furnished south-west wing is located in Reinheim- Uberau and in the rear part of the site. With a sep. entrance, the wing offers a living space of ~ 35m², so that it can be occupied by 2 people. It is the perfect starting point to discover the cities and nature in the Odenwald. In the immediate vicinity is the bus stop (about 220m) for local transport, shopping facilities can be found in the center of Reinheim. We are looking forward to nice guests!

Visit us in our newly renovated vacation home on the over 1000 m² property with directly adjacent stream, covered balcony and large garden area! The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. Our small retreat has been completely renovated and newly furnished inside and out. Take a break and recharge your batteries with cozy evenings by the fireplace :-)

Our modern furnished apartment with balcony is located in the attic of our house with great views of the forest, a larger pond on the edge of the forest and a small pond right in front of the house in the garden. Pure nature and relaxation are guaranteed - hiking, biking or just relaxing! Frankfurt, Heidelberg, Mainz and Wiesbaden can be reached in about an hour by car. A car is highly recommended - there is hardly any connection with public transport.
