Our house stands on the edge of the forest and is in a large garden. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, directly under the roof. It is well equipped (see equipment) and is quiet. The nearby forest invites you to jog or go for a walk. We are only a 5 minute walk to the next bus stop. This line leads directly to downtown Darmstadt. The large garden including a playground and access to the stream can be used to relax, sunbathe, play with children, have a barbecue or have a nice evening.

The quiet location invites you to take walks and excursions to the nearby vineyards and the surrounding area. The center of Groß-Umstadt with its historic market square is 4 km away, Darmstadt 24 km and Aschaffenburg 26 km. The train station (700 m) offers connection to the public transport network.

Bei schönem Wetter könnt ihr draußen auf der Terrasse entspannen. In nur 5 Minuten seid ihr in der Natur – perfekt für Spaziergänge, auch mit Hund. Darmstadt ist nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, und der Odenwald ebenfalls schnell erreichbar. Wir freuen uns auf euch!

The house is situated on a hillside, the apartment is accessible via a separate entrance. There are 55 square meters available. A small entrance area allows the guest to enter the kitchen and bathroom, or the living room with adjoining bedroom and utility room. Living in a farmhouse

You will stay on the first floor of the newly converted farm building of an old farm. Large garden with paddock and 3 horses on a small stream. Don't be afraid of free-range chickens and our herding dog Jule. There is a bookable sauna and a small swimming pool. Seating area with fireplace in the garden free of charge. Cost for sauna is an additional €15 per sauna session for 2 people only by arrangement on site. Walking with the horses can also be booked.

Our modern furnished apartment with balcony is located in the attic of our house with great views of the forest, a larger pond on the edge of the forest and a small pond right in front of the house in the garden. Pure nature and relaxation are guaranteed - hiking, biking or just relaxing! Frankfurt, Heidelberg, Mainz and Wiesbaden can be reached in about an hour by car. A car is highly recommended - there is hardly any connection with public transport.

Our large apartment with separate entrance, which is reached via a short staircase, is located in the garden level of our house near Feldlage in Otzberg-Lengfeld. Hiking, trips to the nearby Odenwald and Darmstadt or simply relaxing. The living space The space is a separate non-smoking apartment in a detached house with parking right outside the front door.
