I rent out my small studio apartment in my own three-family house. The house is located in an area with a predominantly small settlement character on the outskirts of Zwickau. A 10-minute walk away is the modern sports swimming pool and right next to it the town hall. Shopping facilities and public transport connections are in the immediate vicinity and the Muldepromenade invites you to take a walk.
