Lajen-Ried is a scattered settlement surrounded by fields, meadows and forests. The immediate surroundings are a dream setting for hikers and cyclists. Enjoy your vacation in nature, walking, mushrooming or cycling in the forest. We are located in the heart of South Tyrol and are very centrally located.

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Our farmhouse is situated at 1,300 m in a very sunny and secluded location, about 20 km from Bolzano. The 50 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom, and can accommodate 3 adults and 1 child under 14 years.

The Gann-Greit vacation home is located at 1300 meters above sea level in Villanders in a quiet, idyllic location away from road noise and hustle and bustle. The house was only completed in the spring of 2024 and is entirely available to our guests. The living area is divided into 2 levels and can accommodate up to 4 people. The house overlooking the Dolomites opposite is the ideal starting point for longer and shorter hikes.
