In der Nähe der wunderschönen Burg Hochosterwitz steht unser liebevoll renoviertes Haus. Der Außenbereich wird gerade fertiggestellt. Rund um unser ruhiges Dörfchen St. Sebastian (Kärnten) laden viele Strecken und Wege zum Wandern auf den benachbarten Magdalensberg oder den Christofberg ein. Die Burg Hochosterwitz ist zu Fuß oder per Rad gut erreichbar. Mit dem Auto ist man in nur 10 Min. in der Bezirkshauptstadt St. Veit an der Glan oder in 20 Min. in der Landeshauptstadt Klagenfurt.

The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

In a medieval house in the old town of Völkermarkt, the apartment is on the 2nd floor with views over the rooftops, the main square and into the green courtyard. The old walls and the beautiful wooden components have been lovingly restored. In order to preserve the historical character, we used natural building materials. The vaulted ceilings and the romantic wooden stairs are special. The low doors as well as the uneven walls and floors give the apartment its special charm.

The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time. I also speak English and Italian and will be happy to help you make your vacation a real dream vacation.

Beautiful wooden house on the Lake Bled shore has been built with a desire to offer you a unique serene place, full of peace and silence, as well as a place where nature would be able to show its greatness. House with a private beach, is a top spot close to the city centre, Bled Castle, lake island, hiking, fishing, mountain biking is available in a close area. Enjoy the nature view and private swimming area.

Wake up in a hut built with wood from our forest, in an idyllic location. In the morning, from your warm bed, you can gaze through the panoramic glass, and admire the magnificent view of the Kamnik-Savinja Alps. In the hut is one double bed with a pull-out extra bed, small kitchen with fridge, outdoor terrace with deck chair. Every hut has its own bathroom in the immediate vicinity (15m-30m).

One Room Flat in Klagenfurt

The flat is a little Garconiere, basically a one room apartement with a small Kitchen and a fully renovated bathroom with a bathtub. There is one double bed and a couch that can also be used as a sofabed. Close to the flat you find everything you need, stores and a bus stop are only 100 meters away. By bus you are in the city center in 10 minutes.
