The apartment is close to Reit im Winkel and the Steinplatte ski resort (10 min.). The accommodation is simple but well-maintained, in a very nice quiet location. It is suitable for sports-loving guests, even with children, and offers a total of space for 11 guests (2 double beds, 5 single beds, 1 baby bed, 2 sofa beds). Cross-country skiing is right in front of the house. You have a wonderful panorama of the Rechenberg. Directly from the house there are beautiful summer and winter hiking trails.

Eine kleine Terrasse, auf die sowohl die Morgen- als auch die Abendsonne scheint, mit Tisch und Stühlen, sowie Holzkohlengrill steht Ihnen auch zur Verfügung. Ein romantisches Himmelbett im Schlafzimmer und ein großes Schlafsofa (Schlaffläche 1,60x2m) im Wohnbereich sorgen für erholsamen Schlaf.

Our house, built in 1934, was completely renovated in 2024. Many original parts of the house, such as the full wood doors, were restored and reused. With lots of old wood and small loving details, a unique living ambience was created, reminiscent of an alpine pasture in many areas. However, the usual comfort is not neglected. The ground floor is suitable for wheelchair use and the disabled. A fire bowl in the garden and a sauna hut are also available.

The climbing forest, paragliding school and the flyline on the Unternberg offer additional adventures. Grocery stores, butchers, bakeries, restaurants and the train station are 15 minutes walking or 3 minutes away by car.

Our house is a 5-minute walk from the hiking car park/tour start and ski lifts, as well as a few minutes by car from the start of the large Waidring/Steinplatte ski area.
