Hi all, here we rent a double room with separate entrance room in Filderstadt, the district Plattenhardt. There is a new, clean, modern, nicely furnished and quiet Non smoking double room with shower / WC, SAT-TV, clock radio, hair dryer and - on request - full breakfast for our guests. The electronic devices may of course be used by the guest. From now on we also offer free Internet access via our wireless, so you can easily receive their mail and work on the Internet. The room is located on the edge of the Park Schönbuch. Near the Filderklinik, only 8 km from the airport Stuttgart and the Stuttgart Exhibition Centre. The apartment is located about 20 minutes by car from downtown Stuttgart, Esslingen, Reutlingen, Tübingen and Böblingen - so in a very central location! In the cities you will find numerous attractions, countless restaurants, bars, cafes and shops in order to make a perfect day and can be extensive. Who wants to relax in the evening then, of course perfectly comfortable doing in his room.

Our single or double rooms are equipped with king-size beds, closet, couch and private bathrooms with walk-in shower. One room is barrier-free, the other rooms includes an equipped kitchenet. We let the rooms with or without breakfast with prices as follows: - Room barrier-free, single, 42 EUR; - Room barrier-free, double, 58 EUR; - Room with kitchenet, single, 50 EUR; - Room with kitchenet, double, 65 EUR. Breakfast (also vegetarian/vegan) : 8 EUR per person.
