The place was very nice, the garden was wonderful, with a swing, trampoline, slide, sandbox and yakuzi! Perfect for those who, like us, have a dog and a child. In fact, even inside the property, various games and bookshelves are available for the little ones. We had a great rest because the area is very quiet. Absolutely recommended 👌

I had a very pleasant stay in Oliver's apartment. The location is ideal – very close to the trade fair and Stuttgart airport. The apartment was very clean, quiet and well equipped. All the details were thought out with a lot of care for the guest. Especially the kitchen and bathroom were equipped with new, high-quality appliances and utensils. Oliver was a friendly and helpful host. I can fully recommend the place!

Modern, comfortable well equipped apartment in town. Shop and restaurants close walking distance. At the same time a walk in the fields and forest is only a few minutes away. Great to have a washing machine and various other useful appliances available.

The hosts Wolfgang and Sandra, of the very spacious two bedroom, bright, quiet, well equipped and nicely decorated apartment were very friendly, helpful and supportive. Wolfgang welcomed us and showed us around the place The beds were comfortable. Communication with Wolfgang was excellent. The surrounding attractions and towns can be easily accessed by car. A baker is in easy walking distance and many supermarkets and restaurants are in Heubach, a five minutes drive from Lautern. There are very good views from the apartment.

I spent three months during a further education at this property and was completely satisfied. The apartment was very clean and superbly equipped with everything you need in everyday life. Hans was always easily accessible, helpful and friendly. The location was ideal – walking distance to the training facility and supermarkets/restaurants. I highly recommend this place and will be happy to come back anytime in case I find myself in this corner again.

The house was ideal for our Family and Friends extended weekend. (7 adults and 2 children). The Kutlar family even brought toys for the kids and a few plates. The difficulty with the hot tub and fuse was quickly resolved after the first evening with a helpful note from the Kutlar family. There are many shopping and excursions in the area. The house is in a quiet residential area and the view of the city was really nice.

Best place, i would stay here again for next journey. Verry recommend this place.

We loved the apartment. Very comfortable, clean, quiet. Super easy parking in front of the house and close to the center of Boblingen (you still have to go by car) The host is super nice, responsive. We will return during our next stays in Bobligen Once again, thank you for everything

Fantastic! It was a really nice stay! Accommodation: superbly equipped, clean and comfortable. Everything is very lovingly and high-quality furnished. There were even small towels in front of the door to clean the dog's paws. As in the description there was an animal alarm system, but this was known and also not disruptive. Location: Fantastic! The view from the conservatory was like in the picture book. From the property you could directly climb a hiking trail, perfect for people and dogs. Will definitely come back!

The accommodation keeps what it promises from the first impression to the furnishings, leaving nothing to be desired. The reception Piccoli sparkling wine and sweet treats give the impression of appreciation. 🤩Exceptionally good kitchen equipment and the Bosch coffee machine also fulfills all the wishes of a 5-star product. Surprisingly, both coffee beans and dairy products were available. All other aids in the kitchen, such as equipment, salt, sugar, etc., were also available. The balcony invites you to linger. Everything is very clean and in good condition. We will keep this accommodation in good memory and will be happy to book it again when the opportunity arises. Thank you 👍

The apartment was spacious, very clean and ideally located – just a few minutes from the city. Especially practical: an excellent bakery is located right next door. The host was very friendly and explained everything clearly. Overall a very enjoyable stay, which I am happy to recommend!

I arrived to Ulm with my family. We felt welcomed from the beginning, with a nice welcome message and refreshments. I appreciated how many helpful instructions Uli&Holger provided in advance, but also inside the appartment. The place is easy to access and very cozy. Amenities are new and high quality. We had all we needed, including dish washer, well equiped kitchen, comfortable mattress and pillows. My 8 year old daughter loved the decorations and the comfortable couch and left her own review in the guest book :) Thank you for welcoming us, Uli&Holger!

From check-in to check-out, everything was impeccable with Sascha and his lovely family. It was super clean and super prepared. We arrived on a hot day and Sascha and his family ventilated in the morning and closed the shutters so that there is a pleasant climate in the apartment. But despite the heat outside, the apartment itself did not heat up too much. The family is super nice and child-friendly. We have absolutely nothing to complain about.
