Egal ob langer oder kurzer Aufenthalt, ob zum Urlaubmachen, auf der Durchreise oder zum Arbeiten, zum Besuch bei den Liebsten oder aus welchen Gründen auch immer, bei uns sind alle Willkommen die Ruhe, Ausgleich, Privatsphäre und Natur suchen. Eine traumhafte Terasse mit großem Garten bietet auch Kindern die Möglichkeit, sich auszutoben. Spielzeuge und Brettspiele sind vorhanden.

Geräumige 2-Zimmerwohnung im Sutterain des Hauses. Ausgestattete Küche mit dem notwendigen Geschirr, Töpfe und Pfannen. Herd, Backofen und Spülmaschine vorhanden. Im Wohnbereich steht eine Schlafcouch auf der auch eine erwachsene Person ausreichend Platz findet. Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (1,60x200m) und Schrank. Das Badezimmer ist vom Schlafzimmer aus begehbar. Dusche und Waschbecken dort vorhanden. Das WC befindet sich zur Alleinbenutzung über dem Flur außerhalb der Wohnung.

Bedroom with double bed (140 cm) and a sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee machine and toaster. The sunny terrace overlooking the garden invites you to linger. Connection to cycling and hiking trails. Free street parking is available. 8-minute walk to the S-Bahn to Stuttgart and Schorndorf.

In the former studio in the garden of the owner, the art is still present and gives the rustic-cozy accommodation on approx. 45 square meters and over 2 floors its special flair. A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. The town center with all shops, bus stop and much more can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, the train station with regional and express train station in 10 minutes. The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.

Two small terraces are available and invite you to a sundowner at the end of the day.

Herzlich willkommen in unserer gemütlichen Unterkunft im wunderschönen Remstal! DER perfekte Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung von Stuttgart, aber auch unserer Weinregion. Die S-Bahn in die City erreicht ihr in nur 10 Fußminuten. Ihr wohnt in einem separaten Bereich im Erdgeschoss unseres Hauses mit eigenem Zugang und kleiner Terrasse fernab jeglichen Straßenverkehrs. Wir bewohnen mit unseren 2 Kids (3 und 7 Jahre) das Obergeschoss.

The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.
