Monthly Rentals in Renac

I was very well received by Karine and my stay went perfectly. The house, spacious and well-equipped, has a beautiful garden space with a shaded table and a large floor with three beds for the youngest. A fireplace with insert in the living room also allows you to enjoy a pleasant wood fire in the evening. The region will offer many walks for nature lovers, including a large wetland accessible in a few minutes on foot from the house: classified as a nature reserve, it is home to many species of birds easily observable (herons, snipe, egrets, swans, storks for the most massive...). I even had the chance to observe the flight of a little owl at nightfall, something that has become rare enough to be highlighted: the area is particularly preserved. Finally, a very nice cafe (in Brain) and a well-stocked grocery store (in La Chapelle de Brain) are a few minutes' drive away. Thank you Karine!

The little house is a place where you feel good. It is quiet and the departure of the walking excursions is at the gate of the house. Honestly, three days of a change of scenery and it's a shame to have to leave this little house.

For a baptism in the sector we rented this accommodation for 2 nights, we were 4 adults, it went very well. The accommodation is simple and functional. We heard the neighbors' rooster quite early in the morning but it has its charm😂. Nicolas is very accommodating and very responsive to messages. I recommend it.
