Great location in the old, historic village of Paola (& ultimately well worth the uphill climb from the train station with our suitcases!) . If you love an old italian village in an historic, pretty location then this is the place for you. Easy days walking, exploring, sitting & watching the daily activities of residents. The apartment is well equipped to cook in (which we did) with an adorable garden setting that enjoys the local sounds of life. And with loads of great bars, cafes & restaurants very close by, as well as a large conad supermarket. We'd def stay again in Maria/Guilia's place. Amazing hosts! Thank you!

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Minutes walk to restaurants, groceries and beach. Everything needed was provided and very clean. Great host and very responsive. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend.

The great location of the apartment. It's comfortable. Easy to access. No difficulties in transit Close to Historic Cosenza. Quick access to other nearby towns and highways. Comfortable and complete bathroom Large room with plenty of space to store clothes. A very nice terrace to appreciate the city. When we return to Consenza, we will rent this apartment again.

The place met our expectations. Everything was clean, wifi was great, 2x TVs, climate...Quiet part of the city. Lots of restaurants, the sea 5 minutes by car.

My girlfriend and me were for the first time in Lamezia Terme. It was a very short visit in this beautiful city. The accomondation was great. The checkin was very smooth and hassle free. The communication between us and the host made our uncertain arrival at the accomodation very smooth. We were welcomed very nicely by the father of the host (Antonio). The accomodation in itself was kept very very clean and organised. This all made our stay so easy and uncomplicated. Even the recommendations given for dinner were great. Our suggestion is to pre-book in advance for dinner given that Lamezia Terme definitely has a good night life too and can be crowded. To summarise, the flexibility of the host and the hospitality made our short stay very memorable. All in all worth recommending- Super host!

We had a pleasant stay. The apartment is as described in the listing, equipped with everything you need and very clean. The sea view from the balcony is awesome. The noise from the street and the railway was somewhat disturbing.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Camigliatello! Top cleanliness! The location is perfect for walking to the center, but also the ski slopes. Do not underestimate the presence of private parking, very convenient for those like us who were traveling by car. The owner Paolo is very kind and helpful. We had a great time and will definitely be back:)

The place was very clean and super easy to check in to. The host communicate clearly and well, as well made themselves available for any questions. Would recommend. Shops and restaurants all walking distance.

Massimo is a very welcoming host. He made sure that we had everything we needed. The Appartement is small but contains everything you need for cooking and was super clean. The area is very beautiful and the forests are serene. It is the perfect spot for going on hikes and longer daytrips. We had a great stay!
