The Pelly is a cute basement unit with a private entrance. It sleeps four in a queen and a sleeper sofa. The kitchenette has a hot plate, a microwave, and a small fridge/freezer, plus a washer and dryer. The Pelly is under 15 minutes to: -SeaTac Airport -Tukwila Mall -Renton Landing -Lake Washington -Delicious local restaurants Renton is a suburb of Seattle. It takes 25-30 minutes to get downtown most times of day. Taking the Metro bus into Seattle is also effective and takes about 45 minutes.

Located in north Renton, WA, only 15min. drive to Sea-Tac airport and Bellevue downtown and 25min. to Seattle downtown. 3-4 min drive to the nearest mall, within walking distance to groceries, pharmacies, and restaurants. King county metro bus stops, route 240,105, and 111 are all with in 5-7min walking distance from my house.

Was in Seattle for only one day and needed a place to crash, Laurie’s place is perfect for that, close to the airport and easy to get into the city from her location. Inside the room is quiet and comfortable. Laurie is an excellent host, very responsive, polite and welcoming. Excellent stay and very thankful for her hospitality!

Heajin’s place was really nice. Comfortable place! Cozy and spacious. Love the washer and dryer inside the house. It’s a drive 20min to downtown which we love about it. We don’t like to stay too close to downtown. Check in was very smooth. Haejin was very responsive and friendly. Thank you Haejin for letting us stay at your place.
