The home is gorgeous. So tranquil and peaceful -- my family took a week-long vacation on Vashon and Brita's was the perfect jumping-off point. The location is super private, the home architecture is extraordinary, and the backyard garden is expansive. If you're looking for a great place to rest and recharge, this is it. There is a lot of great dishware, artistic elements in the home, and incredible views throughout the home, especially in the kitchen and upstairs bedroom.

We stayed at Ken’s place for our bachelor trip which was a great time! The home was in a great quiet neighbourhood and close to the freeway to get around. The house itself was very large with adequate space for all our needs. We especially loved the pool and the large living room which were great spots for hanging out after our hikes at Mount Rainier. The place could have been a bit cleaner and maybe a bit more put together but nonetheless the house served our purposes well and we would definitely recommend this place to others as well!

Jessica's place is perfect for a family get-together with generously sized bedrooms and comfy shared spaces. This was our second time staying there, and we hope to stay there again whenever there is a family occasion in Seattle. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool in the backyard, and we also loved being close to the lake. We especially appreciated being able to borrow the kayak and paddle boards.

The Gamble house was one of the most beautiful and peaceful settings we’ve stayed at in our 25years of annual girl’s trip. The views were incredible, the location was perfect for a scenic drive to Poulsbo or Olympic National Park. The home’s layout was perfect for families or in our case, a girls trip. The heated pool was a big bonus we didn’t expect for the Pacific Northwest but we enjoyed it in the late afternoon after sightseeing. The host Allison was communicative and had great details for a smooth check-in and was quick to respond with any questions we had. Would highly recommend. We would definitely put this listing on our return list!

Loved our two days in Black Diamond at this Airbnb. Three bedrooms two baths were great as was the happy living room and great kitchen. We hung out with family for hours and hours. The home is cheerful and the host most responsive. We would come back again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay, and it all started with the incredible hosts, Debi and Russell. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and truly made us feel like family. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and were always quick to respond to any questions. The home itself exceeded all expectations. The amenities were far beyond what we anticipated. The views—both day and night—were stunning, and the local wildlife was a delightful surprise. We even saw several bald eagles, which was a first for us! The house is incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The heated indoor pool and Jacuzzi were a huge bonus and the perfect way to unwind after exploring Washington. The modern upgrades and appliances made our stay even more comfortable. There were also plenty of games and toys for kids—though our daughter spent most of her time enjoying the pool. You truly won’t be disappointed.

The house looks just as pictured and is beautifully decorated! You can tell there was a lot of thought put into it such as child safe locks on the toilet and outlets, shoe horn, slippers by the door, and lint roller hung up by the door. Everything was clean and the beds were comfy. Best part was it was extremely convenient and close to the airport which made the commute to our early flight a breeze. Only thing that could have been better is if I could get responses via messaging, otherwise, they were responsive by telephone.

What a wonderful place to be in, which included your warm welcome and organizing skills. We didn’t even leave for two days bc we were so happy in your home. We hope to visit again!

Highly, highly recommend - 10/10! Stellar accommodation for a long term stay with my family. The house had everything we needed. Conveniently close to shops and the highway if you need to travel to other cities. We also have two dogs and they loved the fenced backyard. Our hosts went above and beyond to make this an amazing stay - very responsive and helpful with our questions and requests. We can’t wait to stay again!

After our other rental fell through Jackie was extremely responsive and sympathetic to our situation. The house was perfect for our family of 4. The Gene Coulon Park was very close and the kids loved the playground there. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet and we felt safe there. The two seperate living spaces was nice because the adults could enjoy one room while the kids watched tv on the other. The tv we used downstairs was ready with access to most apps so you didn’t have to use your own login. Really the only issue we had was with the downdraft fan on the stove, it’s not quite powerful enough for cooking bacon and we had the fire alarm going off one morning but we’re able to open some windows and it cleared quickly. All in all it was the perfect house for what we needed and I hope next time we go to visit family it is available, 10/10 would stay again. My older son loved changing the date on the blocks in the stairway :)

Honestly it’s the cleanest, most well-stocked airbnb we’ve been to so far! Normally I have so many questions of where anything is but no questions at all! It made our stay so much more stress free 🥹 We loved that it was such a hidden gem and felt private but still convenient to places we needed to go. Everything looked so new and well kept. The bathrooms and kitchen were so clean, floors felt so clean, there’s even rain shower, in-wall vacuum, fireplace, and heated floors! Cleanest washer and dryer we’ve used at an Airbnb! We appreciated all the little details too. I brought my own dryer balls not realizing they had some here already! Never went to a house that had that. As well as an air fryer, and all those other appliances in the kitchen. Downstairs is a lot colder than upstairs so those afraid of cold should sleep upstairs We weren’t ready to leave the house at all. We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again if we ever visited Bellevue! Taking notes for how to set up our next home too ?

Ken's home was great. It was exactly what we needed this week. We felt very welcomed and it was nice having an updated home that resembled the photos. Perfectly located and close to all road access points. Restaurants were close by as well as shopping after we were done with work. We were very happy with our booking and it's on the list to return. The home is beautifully decorated and the view is wonderful, especially from the dining room and decks! The house is furnished perfectly, beds are very comfortable. We cooked every day and we had every pot/pan, bowl, utensil we could need and all the seasonings too. The bathrooms were also very well stocked. plenty of towels and even robes and plastic loofahs. The space is open and bright and the dining room table fit all 8 of us no problem. We used the charcoal grill and it was clean and we had a fresh bag of charcoal. The owner left us beautiful mint and cilantro from her garden as well as some delicious tea that we promptly brewed and enjoyed over ice. The owner was very responsive to questions. We would definitely rent it again!

Very nice little place right across the street from Lincoln Park. Very easy to walk to the park, or to the ferry terminal. There is also a bus stop (C Line) less than a block away, which takes you directly into downtown. The bus is convenient and very cheap. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Hosts are very responsive, and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare food. The in-unit laundry is also great. Not a whole lot of stores or restaurants within walking distance but that wasn’t a problem for me. I walked anyway, and either way, I enjoyed my stay.

We had a great stay! The place was spacious, clean, and very comfortable—exactly what we were looking for. Check-in was smooth and everything was easy from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay.

We had such an incredible time in this beautiful house. So much room. Bathroom were clean! It felt like home. When we had question Chace and his crew were there to answer all of them. The downstairs felt like a whole different place. Enough room for children to play and the toy box was such a big part. Also, the big rabbits. They were fun to watch. There were enough room for everyone that came. Highly recommended to stay here. Especially if have a big family.

I love Seattle and one day will make this beautiful place home. But until then visiting and staying in a beautiful home like this makes me feel at home and relaxed. Truly appreciate the flexibility and cleanliness of this amazing home. I highly recommend this property and host to everyone.
