Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Renton

my husband and I have stayed in many airbnb's, but this is the absolut Best. the apartment is beautifully decorated. The bed is very comfortable. The apartment is equibbed with everything you could want. we were so comfortable staying here and will definition stay here again.

Can’t say enough good things about this little sanctuary. We stay for almost 2 weeks and it was perfect for the two of us. So many great bars and restaurants nearby. The kitchen was perfect with several ways to make coffee. Fully stocked with plates, bowls utensils pots and pans. Stocked with all the amenities we could have wanted and more we didn’t know we did

The location is beautiful and was a perfect location for adventuring the greater Seattle region. Just the right size for two adults.

Everything was organized, very clean, and modern. I was happy staying there. The area was nice and felt very safe.

This listing is easy to find, nicely decorated, quiet, and central to most things in the Seattle area. It provides plenty of room for two people and the full kitchen provides the necessities you might need. The washer/dryer was clutch for us because we were coming from another city during our multi-city trip. We would definitely stay here again!

This house is incredible. The location is perfect, walking distance to many food and drink spots. There is an amazing coffee shop right on the corner. Sauna and soaking tub are relaxing. The house is clean and organized and has clear instructions. Hosts are helpful and knowledgable. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough about my accommodations, and considering that I worked remotely from it for a week, I feel that I had a good lay of the land. Very quiet place, beautiful view, and felt incredibly safe. Jane went above and beyond making sure that I got checked in and was good to go- I had a late flight and as such got in very late, and she was nothing short of kind about it. The place was spotless, the couch and bed were so comfy, and I don't even get me started on the decor. I will most certainly be back the next time that I want a remote work escape that makes me feel at home.

Quick to respond. Clean house. A few cosmetic spots, but not bothersome. Nice tankless water heater feature that accommodated a full house. Love the rain shower head. Well supplied. It was a nice home away from home.

Dear Lilah and Nick, Thank you for building and maintaining the most beautiful, lush space. We were in absolute heaven! I adore design and it’s rare my partner ever delights in design that much with me, but she reveled in every angle, grain, sanding, and pour too. What a wonderful place to be in, which included your warm welcome and organizing skills. We didn’t even leave for two days bc we were so happy in your home. We hope to visit again!

The home is beautifully decorated and the view is wonderful, especially from the dining room and decks! The house is furnished perfectly, beds are very comfortable. We cooked every day and we had every pot/pan, bowl, utensil we could need and all the seasonings too. The bathrooms were also very well stocked. plenty of towels and even robes and plastic loofahs. The space is open and bright and the dining room table fit all 8 of us no problem. We used the charcoal grill and it was clean and we had a fresh bag of charcoal. The owner left us beautiful mint and cilantro from her garden as well as some delicious tea that we promptly brewed and enjoyed over ice. The owner was very responsive to questions. We would definitely rent it again!

My husband and I stayed here for several months while our house was being renovated. The space was perfect for what we needed and we had a great time! It was quite comfortable and actually bigger than we were expecting. The neighborhood was quiet and had great views and shopping/restaurants nearby. Liz and Craig were excellent hosts! They were very quick to respond to any issues and were very friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed getting to know them! (The unit still does feel private.) And last but not least, they have a lovely pair of pets, and were very accommodating of ours :).

The house was absolutely beautiful. Decorations were perfect. Very modern and comforting. The view was unbelievable. Any issues that we had, Ming and team addressed immediately. It was very comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The sheets were comfortable. The carpet was thick and very nice. Everything was beautiful. I couldn’t have asked for more. This was the 2nd home of Ming’s that we stayed in over the last month. Both perfect! Ming…. Great job!!

Our family was in town for a special occasion. Our original Airbnb reservation was cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. Thankfully we found Mai's home. It was meant to be the right house for us. Mai was so gracious with the last minute arrangement. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. We enjoyed the location, beautiful views , plenty of room for our entire family, all the amenities needed, close to all conveniences. Thank you Mai! We will be return visitors :)

Good spot, simply but adequately furnished and with comfortable beds. Situated in a quiet neighborhood close to lots of services and some decent restaurants. Easy access to downtown, even if it’s a little bit of a drive. Would definitely stay again.

This quiet location was just perfect! We were in town for medical appointments and some fun and this house was in the perfect location. Minutes from the airport if you go one way, and minutes from shopping, restaurants, or the freeway in the other direction. The house was really clean and cute, zero clutter, and had everything we needed. We’ve already booked this perfect location for our next trip!

We absolutely loved our stay! Toni Marie made everything so easy and the apartment exceeded our expectations from all the little touches to the surprisingly comfy sofabed to the serene rooftop. If we had to single out a favorite detail, it’s the big surrounding trees that make the apartment feel like it’s in the middle of a city park. Everything was perfect and we didn’t want to leave!

Robert was easy to work with and the location is amazing along with the amenities. Worked great for our family of 5 + our dog. Made for an excellent weekend seeing family for graduation and the city with the boys. Would recommend.

great spot and location, a lot of outdoor seating to enjoy the late summer nights. There's a covered seating area that makes a nice combined indoor-outdoor space. Area was very quiet but also close to main strip and the water.

Ken's place was a great place to stay. Close to all amenities. Check-in was a breeze and he was very helpful with any questions I had.

The AirBnB was perfect for a week long stay in Seattle. Its right in downtown, so you can walk down and get to restaurants, shops and more. Pike place and waterfront are at walking distance too. I could go on runs with my dog along the waterfront. Its a secure building which made the experience more safe and relaxed for me.

Nick has a perfect spot for a quick stay before a flight out of SeaTac. Easy peasy!

Jing was a great host! She was able to accompdate us for early check in! Could not have asked for a better host! The space was clean and tidy, had wifi, and had a killer view of the Space Needle. There was also a washer/dryer and a portable AC unit. Complimentary Hi Chew and water was also a nice touch. The only other accomodation we could have wanted was place to hang out clothes. Not a big deal, but just a convenience. The place was about a 5 min walk to the Space Needle/Chihuly and a 15-20 min walk to Pike's. Having a parking space was key in the city. The parking space was tight and small, but was in a remote accessed garage and felt secure. Had a great time and stay in Seattle. We would certainly stay here again next time we visit!
