Our cozy, light-flooded and modern apartment is located in the countryside exactly between Bamberg and Coburg - two very worthwhile cities in Franconia. Our farm is a real oasis of well-being surrounded by forest and extensive fields. Some lakes are also within walking distance. We have great hiking trails and bike tours in the Hassbergen. An absolute place to arrive and feel good and an ideal starting point for day trips, for example to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Bamberg.

Experience the sights and places in the surrounding area such as the old town of Bamberg (World Heritage Site), the widely visible Staffelberg, the architectural monuments Vierzehnheiligen and Banz Monastery and last but not least  the Obermaintherme in Bad Staffelstein, Bavaria's warmest and strongest thermal brine. Newly renovated, modern apartment + bikes

Modern, newly renovated, quiet and fully equipped studio apartment in a very good location. In addition, I offer two bikes that can be used free of charge by you. The bathroom is large and the kitchenette is separated from the sleeping area. By foot it is only about 15 minutes to the old town, you can walk relaxed along the river. Free parking space is available. In the fully equipped kitchenette, there are two plates as well as a microwave with baking function.

Die atmungsaktiven Sandsteinmauern des historischen Gebäudes sorgen sowohl zur kalten, als auch zur warmen Jahreszeit für ein sehr angenehmes Raumklima. Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Hauseingang mit Terrasse, Hof und Parkmöglichkeiten. In der Küche eine zweite Terassentüre mit direktem Zugang zum Garten.
