The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Apartment Marianna is a newly renovated apartment in the smallest town in the southern Alps, in Glorenza in Val Venosta. Located not far from the city wall, you will find the house with a spacious garden and parking. Just a few meters away, you can walk through one of the three city gates and go directly to the charming medieval town, with its approximately 900 inhabitants. The apartment features a spacious 70-square-meter private terrace overlooking the lake. Given the secluded location, we suggest traveling by car, there’s no public transportation nearby the house (closest bus stop is 1,2km away).
