The accommodation at Francisco's was excellent! Entering the apartment was easy, and everything completely matched the description and photos. The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay and looks even more spacious than in the pictures. It is impeccably clean and tidy, and located just 100 meters from the main beach - close to many cafes, restaurants, and other amenities. Communication with Francisco was easy - very responsive, helpful, and helpful. I heartily recommend the place, 11/10! If we want to come to Almeria again, we'll be sure to book this stay.

We were warmly welcomed by Rocio and shown into the apartment. There was a small welcome gift for everyone and something nutritious from the area. The apartment is very clean and spacious. Nothing is actually missing. The best part is the very large balcony with an excellent view of the sea, which we enjoyed every morning at breakfast. Almeria is not exactly the most beautiful city, but if you want to go on vacation quietly, this is the place to be. Rocia has been in touch with us several times and asked if everything is okay and if we need anything else. We found that very attentive. The nearby underground car park is also a positive, which avoids the very difficult search for a parking space. Overall, a highly recommended place where we felt very comfortable.

What a wonderful stay. Five minute walk to the great beach, five minute walk to the supermarket, five minute walk to the local coffee shop and bar. Salva met us on arrival and showed us the apartment. If we needed anything we just asked. We will go again and we would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful apartment with terraces overlooking the sea fantastic. Modern, equipped, very comfortable garage. We asked for a couple of things and they took care of it quickly. Beautiful condominium pool that, however, opens on May 15. Just a 10 minute drive to Almeria. Everything is perfect, highly recommended.

The apartment is fantastic, just like the pictures. Everything was wonderful. Close to the bus and train station. Asier was super friendly.

This is the second time we've been in this apartment and the truth is that we love it. Both the place and the apartment and the service we received. I think that being here for the second time makes it clear that it is an ideal place to lose yourself that weekend that you need.

There were two of us staying in Rafael's apartment in Cabo de Gata for a week. It was before the peak season, so not all shops were open yet. But that didn't bother us, we enjoyed having the beach almost to ourselves. In the well-equipped kitchen, we were able to take care of ourselves excellently. Rafael gave us tips for the area and made us feel very comfortable. The sunset on the balcony with views of the beach, sea and mountains with a delicious drink in hand is pure relaxation. We spent almost a week at Joe's apartment. We were happy in all aspects: the apartment itself, which is much nicer than the photos do justice to it, the wonderful views, the space, the location, the good treatment. You can see the affection and care that Joe puts in that we are comfortable and we are not missing anything. We will be back!

The apartment is in a prime location and is fully equipped for a longer stay. Carmen is a kind host who is always there for you. I had a pleasant stay.

Mojacar is stunning!! Lovely flat and true to description and photos. Was actually a lot larger than it looked. Everything you would need in the kitchen and bathroom. Pool area was spotless and having the beach directly over the road gave you options. Supermarket only a 5 minute walk and lots of gorgeous restaurants in easy walking distance - 5-10 minutes and lots more a little bit further along the beach. Veranda space was ideal for a glass of wine after a hard day of sunbathing! Rachel was very helpful and can’t thank her enough for letting us stay - we will definitely be back if she’ll have us. 5 star property 👍🏻

We had a fantastic 12 day stay at Javier’s apartment. It is well equipped and great value for money in a fab location. I would strongly recommend staying at Javier’s apartment if you are staying in Almeria. Thanks for a great stay Javier.

The apartment has a beautiful setting right next to the beach with a cute balcony to admire the views when eating or relaxing. The accommodation is spacious with a minimalist feel. The bathrooms and bedrooms are very comfortable. The kitchen/living area is the jewel of the flat with excellent, spacious facilities to cook and relax. There are restaurants and bars very near by and people are friendly. There is a large modern shopping complex a 15 minute walk away although we found local facilities rather limited. There is a long promenade in each direction which is great for long walks/bike rides. We loved cooking, relaxing walking and admiring the views, a prefect apartment for all of those.

The place is just like the photos and the description. Mario was very responsive and available. You definitely need a car if you stay here, but the good thing is that Almería and Aguadulce are less than 10 minutes away. The pool area is very nice with a great view. This place is a gem.

The house is beautiful, it has two very large terraces and with green spaces ideal for getting out of the monotony.

A clean apartment, in a good location and with everything you need for a family vacation. The terrace with the jacuzzi is amazing. The community pool is large and with warm water, it is great for children. The beach is very close and there are shops and restaurants very close. It was great to be able to put the car in the underground parking, the space is very large and is in front of the entrance door. The only thing to take into account is that it is not accessible as it has stairs to access everything, but we were so comfortable that we didn't care. Definitely a place to go back to. The apartment was very good, clean and with the equipment advertised. The place was quiet, close to the beach and with restaurants in the area. Elena was there for us at all times. Everything was perfect.

We stayed in this casita in Almeria a few days and the truth was very good. The house was very clean, the host let us even before the apartment which is appreciated , I always kindly answer my questions or whatever questions I had quickly. The area was quite nice. We will definitely repeat 😀

Ideal house for a good vacation, the accommodation has many facilities. The house is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, air conditioning, everything you want to find. Cesar was very attentive and provided us with everything I could. Highly recommended, and the price is really good. Located in a midpoint, if you bring a car you can enjoy many coves.
