Villa Moana was perfect in every way! We were awestruck when we arrived and had to drag ourselves away when it was time to leave! The villa ticked every box for a truly unforgettable family holiday, and a real highlight is the location and having steps down to the beach and your own reserved area! Bali is a beautiful place with lots of amenities and a friendly atmosphere and we enjoyed many of the local tavernas during our stay, but you could just as easily spend your whole time in the villa as there are so many areas to relax and enjoy! Breakfasts by the pool, dinner overlooking the sea…! The service that comes with the villa is exceptional and made everything so easy, from having private chefs, booking a boat excursion, and our lovely villa host Manolis who delivered a fresh catch for us to cook on the BBQ! Also having the café & bar service to bring you drinks poolside or on the beach was simply heaven! Our stay here was the best of both worlds, being a villa with a 5-star service 👌

We had a fantastic week here - two families with 5 small children between us. The house is beautiful, spacious and private, with top-of-the-line appliances and furniture, and everything you could think of for a holiday. The pool and private beach access was perfect - one thing to be aware of is that the house and patio area have tiles which look stunning but are very slippery when wet - not a problem but something to keep in mind when kids are running in and out of the pool. The service provided by the host was amazing - daily cleaning by a wonderful and helpful maid, grocery delivery and very quick responses. We had a private chef come 3 times, which was amazing and highly recommended. We will be back!

The villa here was incredible. It look incredible in the images however in person it was even better. Great private location and very chilled. The host was possibly one of the best I’ve ever had. Super responsive, friendly & extremely helpful. The host even brought round snacks for us and little gift bags before we left. Definitely recommend. Overall, I would highly recommend staying at the Thalassa Residence. Valia promptly addressed our inquiries, provided us with the necessary information, and delivered excellent services at the villa. Dimitris, the property manager, was readily available on-site for any immediate villa needs or questions. One of the highlights of our stay was booking Chef Kostas, whose professionalism, charm, and culinary skills made our dinners at the villa truly enjoyable. It's worth noting that there is ongoing construction behind the villa which obstructs the view, contrary to what is shown in the photos. This development, while relatively new, was unfortunately not communicated to us upon arrival. Although the area was quiet during weekends, we felt uneasy during weekdays due to construction activities near the villa. Although disappointing, it did not significantly detract from our overall experience as we found activities to do in town and around Crete. Would recommend ThinkVilla as a company.

Villa Amnalys is one of the best villas we have ever stayed at. The property is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. 8 of the 9 bedrooms are very spacious and feel very luxurious. The villa has been tastefully decorated and there is a huge outdoor pool - 25 metres which was great for a number of us who enjoy swimming. The view from the villa is stunning. There are multiple areas outside the villa by the pool to relax and hang out. There are no neighbours in the vicinity. The daily cleaning service was very helpful and the staff were very helpful. There is also a restaurant nearby in the middle of a little village which had excellent food. The service was outstanding - there is a direct line from the villa to the team that manage the property and on a few occasions we reached out to them and got an immediate response followed by messages with the details. Overall a fantastic villa. I would highly recommend this villa.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, always willing to help and always with a smile. The file you left us with all the tips and information was so useful. We enjoyed great food both in the villa with Silvia and Leonardos and in the restaurants that you recommended. The outdoor area and landscapes are so beautiful, the swimming pool with its floating sunbed and sitting area, the isolated spots to watch the beautiful sunsets, the plants and trees. Stayed for a week with 9 friends and a baby. Super cozy beautiful villa, literally everything was provided for. Quietly located but still close to shops & restaurants. And amazing views! The host(s) were also fantastic, top service. We have enjoyed it immensely so certainly do not hesitate!

We recently held our company offsite at Villa Heora in Rethymno, and it was nothing short of spectacular! The villa itself is stunning, nestled in a fantastic location that combines privacy with easy access to local attractions. Although there was an additional fee to heat the pool, it proved to be completely worth it given the chilly weather, allowing us to enjoy a warm, relaxing swim. A short drive took us to the charming old town of Rethymno, where we indulged in some of the best local cuisine at delightful restaurants. Our host, Giorgos, was exemplary—always available and quick to respond to any of our queries or needs. His hospitality made our stay comfortable and seamless. We couldn't have asked for a better experience at Villa Heora. It provided the perfect setting for both work and relaxation, making our offsite truly memorable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a special getaway on Crete!

Koskas and his family were amazing hosts! From the moment we walked into their beautiful Gerani Hill villa to the early morning check out everything was simply perfect. The house looks exactly like the pictures. The pool, jacuzzi and ping pong table were a hit with the family. The house is in impeccable state and we enjoyed every moment there as a family. The concierge services were excellent for everything we needed from daily chef meals to rides and recommendations at Rethymno. Would definitely come back again and again
