L'ottima posizione, facile da raggiungere, essendo vicino alla fermata degli autobus (tram da Trento a Dermulo per 45 min poi bus per altri 15 min), è l'ideale come base di partenza per le piste da sci: Mendola o Predaia a 15/20 min; Val di Sole o Paganella a 45/60 min; sentiero che porta a S.Romedio; vari laghi della zona E' a 40 Km da Trento, Bolzano, Merano
