Bright and cosy creative haven adjacent to center

This apartment is designed as a serene haven for creative work and used as an art atelier when not rented out. It was chosen for its large windows giving bright light into the living room. The neigbhorhood is nice and safe close to the center just next to the Art University with good bakery, coffeshop, organic market and thermal swimming pool/spa within 5 min walking distance. Downtown is easily accessible by a short bus ride or a nice 2km stroll along the seaside on foot or e-scooter/bikes.

Gunnu Hús by Meðalfellsvatn ( Our lakeside cottage nestles at the foot of Medalfell mountain and the garden leads right down to the lake. The views are spectacular, of the lake and its surrounding mountain scape; it is a place of pure tranquility. It has 3 bedrooms and an open plan kitchen and sitting room. It has a large double bedroom, and small double bedroom and a room with a bunk bed. It is well known and often listed as one of the most scenic and lovely summer cottages in Iceland.

Cozy, quirky flat with a view

A cozy, quirky fram in a quiet neighbourhood with a spectacular view over the sea. Open the balcony door and listen to the sound of the waves in the midnight sun or with you morning cup of coffee. Many nice walking paths in the area and only a 15 minute walk to the next shopping center. The flat does not dcome with a designated parking spot but it is free to park in the street. The flat has one bedroom with a double bed and one livingroom with a couch which folds into a double sofabed.

Nice 2-bedroom flat with plants and free parking

Centrally-located apartment with a balcony and beautiful mountain views over the bay. The flat is in a quiet apartment building and I (try) to take good care of my plants for you to enjoy. 1st bedroom has 2 beds and access to the balcony. 2nd bedroom has a futon and an amazing view of the sunset. My Monstera deliciosa (Swiss cheese plant) resides in the living room, furnished with a sleeper sofa, TV and access to the balcony - complete with a grill, outdoor seating, and a hammock.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base: coffee house, bakery, the beach, swimming pool, gym and a grocery store. 10min bus ride to city center. 1 bedroom with 1,6*2m new bed and good closet space. Fully equipped kitchen w/dishwasher, oven, fridge w/freezer and an espresso machine. Bathroom was recently renovated and has a bathtub w/shower and a washing machine. Nice dining area and a sofa, where you can watch over the ocean and mountains.

A nicely located apartment

Located next to Reykjavik's largest outdoor pool, this apartment is an affordable option if you are only looking for a place to rest after a day of sightseeing, but want your own space. It is pretty basic, but clean and there is easy access to busses that take you downtown within minutes. You can even walk, as it only takes around 20 minutes to walk downtown.

Newly renovated apartment with an ocean view, 4 min walk from grocery stores and about 5 min in a car from downtown Reykjavík. It has a balcony facing south so you can sit down in the sun and relax. Quiet apartment with a great view (from the front door) over the ocean and Esjan (our beloved mountain).
