Cozy house in city center

A cozy house in the old west side of Reykjavík’s center. Located in a quiet and beautiful street a few minutes walk from the old harbor and the lively city center, where you can find restaurants, cafes, bars, museums, shops etc. Within walking distance you can find supermarkets and our local swimming pool. The house is fully equipped with all modern facilities such as Wi-Fi and washing machine. It includes two bedrooms one with king size bed and the other with a sleeper sofa for 1-2 persons.

The flat has two bedrooms, one master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a balcony. The second one is small with sofabed (130cm). The kitchen is fully equipped, with a stove and a dishwasher. Free parking - easily accessible by car or bus. Short walk to the city centre. Ideal for families. 1.4km to the city centre 400m to a grocery store, bakery and swimming pool 1.2km to Grandi Foodhall, supermarkets and lovely restaurants I have a cat that leaves with me when I rent out the apartment.

A fairy tale green hill :) calls Eyjahóll means the island hill , by mountain and river . you can hear the river sounds while having a coffee and watching horses around you. close to Meðalfellsvatn lake 5 minutes by foot. 40 minutes drive to downtown Reykjavik. A true place to relax and forget about matrix. this is an entire cabin , no one around you :) the hot tub built up from river- rocks, thousands years of energy , filled up from river and Icelandic pure geothermal hot water .

Beautiful apartment in a brand new house. You can walk to the high street in one min to find restaurants, shops and grocery store. Right in the city centre but still very quiet . Power shower in the bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Large TV with appel TV. Privat parking space in the garage.
