Ein seperates Badezimmer befindet sich im Haupthaus. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich zwei idyllische Seen zum Schwimmen. Ideal für Radreisende und Naturliebhaber.

Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

Our cozy apartment is nestled between meadows and fields. Pure nature! Whether action or tranquility - the stay is varied and has a lot to offer. The cities of Papenburg (17 km) and Leer (20 km) can be reached quickly. The North Sea coast and the Dollart, as well as the Netherlands, are not too far away either. The apartment is lovingly furnished with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. It is located on the second floor in the adjoining house. Exclusive use.

Beautifully quiet location. Magnificent view of untouched nature, orchard meadow. You can relax there. Nearby is the Altenkamp estate with various exhibitions and concerts. Although the apartment is in my house, you have your own entrance area.

My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.

This quaint apartment invites you to relax and enjoy. In the middle of the countryside next to a cow meadow is the best place to relax. The area can be explored on foot or by bike. On cold days, you can make yourself wonderfully comfortable in front of the pellet stove. The cities of Leer and Papenburg are in the area and invite you to stroll, shop or visit a restaurant.

Dear guests, I'm glad you discovered my apartment. The apartment is centrally located in Leer (East Frisia) and is therefore ideal if you want to explore the city on foot. The apartment is part of a house, but is delimited and has its own entrance. It is located in the rear, quiet upper floor of the house. The apartment is accessible via a staircase that has no handrail!

I was in the apartment with a friend for two nights. The apartment is large and clean. In the bathroom, we lacked a bath mat to safely get out of the shower. The location is quiet and rural, we had bicycles with us and explored Leer and the surroundings. It was a lovely weekend. We can recommend the apartment.

All the best, We arrived with our own car and dog. Parking is available directly at the property. Mario is very helpful, responds immediately to questions, he had my daughter set up a mobile bed. Check-in is flexible. We were greeted by the friendly caretaker. The apartment is absolutely clean and new. Everything necessary is available. The area is very nice ideal for day trips to the North Sea or even to Holland. The nearest larger town of Leer is also very nice for strolling and the harbor. We will be happy to come back.

We would highly recommend the apartment. It is nice and clean, well equipped, nice quiet location and the Loeper family took care of us in a touching way. We felt completely comfortable! 😊
