Moin! Welcome to Papenburg, Venice of Germany. Our apartment "Anni" is located in the Papenburg district of Obenende, right on the canal. Supermarkets, restaurants and other services are easily accessible within 1.5 km. The approx. 50 sqm apartment has a separate entrance and is accessible via an external staircase. The building was built in 2022 in accordance with the KfW 40+ standard and is therefore technically up to date (underfloor heating, ventilation system).

Beautifully quiet location. Magnificent view of untouched nature, natural, orchard meadow. You can relax there. Nearby is the Altenkamp Estate, which hosts various exhibitions and concerts. Although the apartment is located in my house, you have your own entrance area.

The apartment "Dart Wiek" is a cozy upstairs apartment in Rhauderfehn centrally located between Papenburg and Leer. The accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people. Short and long-term rentals are possible in our apartment. A fully equipped kitchen with adjoining living and dining area, smart TV and Wi-Fi is available for our guests. The Biene and Zarah vacation rentals are in the historic harbor house at the "Old Harbor" in Weener, on the Ems, near the border with the Netherlands. The two apartments on the first floor are lovingly furnished. From the living rooms of the two apartments, you have a very nice view of the harbor. The modern apartment consists of a large living/dining area, a bedroom with a double-bed and a large bathroom. A garden house with a sauna and bicycles may also be used for a small fee. The charming city of Oldenburg (15 km away) is a great place to go shopping and is also known for its diverse cultural events and night-life.

My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.
