The holiday home is located in the Sternberger Seenland Nature Park, is 200 years old and was formerly the same. Ice house of the manor house. It was completely renovated in 2017. Our vacation home on the lake is relatively new and is now being rented for the first time. The location on the Great Zechliner See, one of the cleanest lakes in the region, promises relaxing days, all year round. This is also ensured by a sauna and, in fine weather, the garden, with a large terrace and Weber gas grill, as well as a SUP board. From many rooms you have direct lake views and the beach is only a 2-minute walk away :) Parties, bachelor parties or similar are not allowed here.

Peace, sauna, forest walks, lakes and relaxation! We rent our natural property near Rheinsberg - almost 100 km from Berlin. There are two cozy houses (6 and 4 beds) that can be rented individually or together by families or friends. The property is quietly located on the edge of a small village. It is surrounded by dense forests and at least 7 lakes nearby. There are chickens, fresh eggs, tranquility, a wooden sauna with a bucket and stunning views over the alder forest.

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

The construction trailer is opposite a 100-year-old barn that I converted into a studio. The construction trailer is 17 m² with kitchen-living room, double bed in one room. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooker, kettle, small fridge and sink (water container). You will find everything you need in terms of kitchenware, dishes, and spices. The wood-burning stove quickly creates cozy warmth if needed. Guests - shower & toilet are located in the barn.

This wonderful new 120 sqm attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is in the Viktoriakiez (quiet location) - 5 min walk to Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and a 10-minute walk to Rummelsburg Bay by the water. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop from the trendy Ostkreuz and 2 stops from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5 meter Riva boat from Italy. Thus, a private boat tour through Berlin can also be booked at any time with me.
