A garden with terrace and access through our orchard to the exclusive jetty at Lake Kalksee, invites families as well as those seeking peace and quiet alike. Your own vacation home on the lake - get out...

In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property, which has 5 vacation homes. We lovingly renovated this first one, No. 7/4, in 2020 and YOU can come. The pretty vacation home has a living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a nice private terrace on the south side. It is partially covered and there is also an awning for the particularly sunny days. The property has its own access to the lake and a jetty with a swimming ladder.

Dein Rückzugsort am Zootzensee: Morgens barfuß zum eigenen Steg, ins Wasser springen oder mit dem Kahn lospaddeln. Nachmittags in der Hängematte den Sonnenuntergang spiegeln sehen. Drinnen sorgen große Fensterfronten für Seepanorama, der Kamin für knisternde Wärme. Sommer wie Winter ein Ort zum Durchatmen, Träumen und Genießen – mitten in der Mecklenburger Kleinseenplatte. Die Ferienorte Zechlinerhütte (ca 4 km) und Rheinsberg sowie Flecken Zechlin (ca 9 km) befinden sich in direkter Umgebung.

A weekend of relaxation or work in the countryside - you will find both here. Bungalow with covered terrace, meadow and private access in a quiet settlement directly on the edge of the forest, 5 minutes' walk to the swimming lake (Stiche)/forest pool, directly behind our house. Supermarket is 5 minutes by car / 10 minutes by bike. Wine bar, beer gardens, restaurants, canoe rental, etc. are available in the area. The train station is a 5-minute walk (RE 12: Berlin Ostkreuz - Zehdenick Neuhof).

Remise in Kleinzerlang umgeben von Wasser

Die liebevoll eingerichtete Remise erstreckt sich über 2 Etagen und ist ein in sich abgeschlossener Teil eines alten, ökologisch sanierten Hauses mit eigener Terrasse und Garten. Kleinzerlang ist eine Halbinsel in unmittelbarer Seenähe und umgeben von Wiesen, Wäldern, Wanderwegen und einem Kanal, am nördlichen Zipfel der Mecklenburger Seenplatte. Rheinsberg ist 11 km entfernt und auch sonst gibt es zahlreiche schöne Orte zu entdecken. Leider für Kinder aufgrund des Geländers nicht geeignet.

A large terrace with a view of the lake invites you to linger. Leisurely walks, hikes, bike tours and sometimes a dip in the refreshing lake guarantee individual relaxation.
