Quiet guest apartment in our house at Horbachpark in a very quiet, central location. The old town is only 300 meters away, the Ettlingen city train station and supermarket 250 meters, A5 4 km. We live on the lower two floors. The apartment has a great view of the Black Forest. It is very suitable for 2-5 people. Max. 6 adults and 2 children by arrangement. The apartment is fully furnished (upcycling). Our house is "relatively" CO2 neutral (photovoltaic and heat pump). Waipu TV stick.

Modern furnishings, bright rooms, an open layout, and 92 square meters of space. It sleeps 1-6 people. You can relax comfortably on a small balcony. Access is via a separate staircase. I would like to welcome you to my stylish and bright apartment on the 2nd floor, into which I have put a lot of passion. There are 2 separate bedrooms each with a large bed, plus a sofa bed and a guest bed in the living room. 1 large bathroom - shower + bathtub, as well as a dining and work area. Please note: no kitchen. Kitchen is currently under construction. Coffee + tea is free. Fridge, microwave, coffee kettle, 2 baby travel beds including bed linen are provided.
