The EyerHof - the special vacation home in the Palatinate

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Individual guest house on Gut Neuwerk

Das individuelle Gästehaus liegt am Ende des 6ha großen Anwesens. Ein ehemaliger Stall ist heute ein mit viel Sorgfalt und Liebe zum Detail umgestaltetes Refugium für 4 Personen. Im EG befindet sich die Küche mit Essbereich und Kamin, ein Schlafzimmer und ein großes Badezimmer mit freistehender Badewanne. Das 1. OG besteht aus einem loftartigen Studio mit großer Fensterfront, in dem ein weiteres Doppelbett steht. Dort gibt es außerdem einen weiteren Kamin, einen Flügel und eine große Eckcouch.

Grosses gemütliches Fachwerk Ferienhaus nebst angegliedertem Scheunenausbau mit besonderem Flair auf mehr als 300 qm, + grosszügiger Terrasse. Unsere Gäste sollen ankommen und sich wohl fühlen. I Ideal für Familientreffen, Freundetreffen, als Wanderbasis oder einfach zum zusammen kochen und klönen, gemeinsam tafeln. Das Haus ist liebevoll ausgestattet. Für Familienfeste ausgezeichnet geeignet. Geschirr, Gläser und Bestecke in Top-Qualität vorhanden. Viel Platz und Spielmöglichkeiten für Kids.

In the stable - side by side with chicken and horse

'IM PFERDESTALL' befindet sich im Erdgeschoss der Scheune des Mühlenanwesens. Früher war es mal ein Stall. (Schau dir auch mein anderes Apartment 'Scheunen-Loft' an.) Der Raum hat niedrige Decken und kleine Sprossenfenster. Der Raum ist für Menschen geeignet, die einen mehr höhlenartigen, gemütlichen Rückzugsort suchen. Durch den Ofen und den kalten Boden, ist die Wohnung für Kleinkinder nicht geeignet. In der kalten Jahreszeit, ist es vielleicht nötig mit dem Ofen zuzuheizen. Siehe unten.

Sun gable for individualists

Das ruhige, lichtdurchflutete und recht unkonventionelle Einraum-Studio oberhalb von Waldbreitbach gelegen auf dem Klosterberg, lädt mit großem Südbalkon, je nach Jahreszeit von Rosen und Wein umrankt, zum Blick in die Ferne und zum Genießen ein. Über zwei Etagen mit eigenem Duschbad und eigener Küche ist das ca. 28 qm große Studio Teil einer ehemaligen Scheune. Separater Zugang über Treppe.Wanderwege und Kliniken in unmittelbarer Nähe. Apartment in a half-timbered atmosphere

By chance, you will not find this small village of Tüschenbonnen, southeast of Much in the Bergisches Land. This is how hidden the place is, far from noisy roads. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, you are in the right place. The apartment is part of a half-timbered ensemble, a former farm, lovingly and ecologically restored. It is 40 square meters and can accommodate 2 people. If you want to travel with children, there is the possibility of a sofa bed in the living room.

Ingo Hinterberg welcomes you to the popular Mainz district of Finthen! The three vacation homes on his farm for up to 28 guests are centrally located and offer all the amenities of urban life thanks to the great transport links, shopping & cafés. Because of the quiet location, the huge garden and the Mediterranean courtyard, you feel like you are in the middle of nature at the same time - "country idyll in the city". The "Brunnenhaus" can accommodate up to 10 guests - even JGA!

We welcome you to our farm and offer you a break in an exceptional loft. Enjoy the wonderful Maifeld directly at Eltz Castle. In less than 30 minutes, you can be at the Nürburgring, the Deutsches Eck in Koblenz or the Reichsburg in Cochem. Visit the wine-growing villages of Treis-Karden or Winningen on the Moselle and hike on the Traumpfaden and the Moselsteig. Start excursions to the World Heritage Site Middle Rhine Valley, Trier, Cologne, Bonn and Frankfurt.

Torhaus in Kemel

The open studio apartment in the gatehouse is part of an extended courtyard from the 17th century. century. Old woods and exposed half-timbering are surrounded by rose bushes and a beautiful garden. When furnishing, we placed great emphasis on sustainability. Existing things were rebuilt and reworked. Most of the lights, textiles and pictures come from our studio. This gives the open architecture its special style as well as its friendly and unique character.

Köbelerhof - Stylishly furnished country apartment

The Köbelerhof is a paradise for nature lovers - as a former estate of the nearby Arnstein Monastery this farm is still actively managed and maintained today. Surrounded by its own fields and forests, the farm is located in the middle of the Nassau Nature Park. From the front door, you can take undisturbed walks for hours along the Dörsbach in the Jammertal or the Lahn, where you can relax at beautiful viewpoints over the valleys.

Scheunenidylle

Mein Haus befindet sich am südlichen Ortsrand von Ulmen, ist sehr zentral gelegen in der Weidenstraße 7A – unweit vom Ulmener Maar und der Burgruine. Vor einigen Jahren befand sich in diesem Anwesen noch eine alte Scheune, die meine Brüder liebevoll zu einem charaktervollen und urigen Landhaus umgebaut haben. Auf der gemütlichen Holzterasse können sie den Tag ausklingen lassen und die Idylle des Abends genießen.
