Farmstay holiday rentals in Rhineland-Palatinate

We stayed with a group of 6 adults and 5 small children between 6 months and 4 years and felt super comfortable. There was everything you need for the kids: high chairs, crib, night lights, stair gates, stools, potters, children's dishes and really lots of toys inside and outside. There's really nothing missing. The kitchen was also well equipped. The pool was a highlight. At least one day it was warm enough to jump in. For the summer, that's certainly great. Degi was also totally friendly and easy to reach. Existing deficiencies in the play equipment were resolved immediately. We felt really comfortable and will definitely be back.

We stayed at Nele's for 3 nights and felt super comfortable. She gave us very good recommendations for restaurants and wine merchants👍🏼. She was always easy to reach. We liked the beautiful roof terrace very much - wonderful to end the evening. Longen was a perfect starting point for our bike tours. You can easily reach Trier by e-bike, but tours through the vineyards and other small towns are also possible. The bike paths mostly run along the Moselle and you almost always have a great view of the many vineyards! In short: Nele's loft is perfect for an extended weekend!

The apartment was great for excursions to the vineyards or to the Moselle. It was very cozy and quiet and you could relax well.

Good and peaceful place near to Frankfurt. It was walkable, also has a few attractions to explore.

We had a wonderful time in the house and immediately felt at home! The house is beautiful, lovingly and furnished, super cozy and equipped with everything you need. the surroundings are beautiful, you can do and experience super much. Or you can just relax at home - there is enough 😊 Sascha was very friendly and accommodating in communication. It was a great vacation, I think we'll be back 😊

We were visiting with 4 adults, 3 children and a dog. Apartment was as described, we felt comfortable. Communication with the hosts was always friendly and fast.

It is difficult to describe what a wonderful place this is. You actually have to experience it yourself to understand this. Rest, green, nature, a very complete private house, and Hildegard who wants to help you with everything. The energy of this place is wonderful for relaxing and being yourself. And Hildegard bakes delicious rhubarb cake. Our dog enjoyed the walks in the area and also liked to run in the garden. The garden is not enclosed but large enough to take a walk and enjoy everything that Hildegard's green fingers have brought to bloom. Tip: indeed, follow Hildegard's clear instructions to find the way, because the route planner kept sending us over a bike path!

Margreth and Johannes rent a spacious house with good beds, a kitchen with everything you need to cook and a nice bathroom. The area is beautiful and very quiet. We were there in May. The heather was in bloom and the meadows were full of all kinds of wonderfully fragrant flowers and herbs in which horses were shining in the sun. You can take great walks, for example to the old slate mine. It is a good base for visits to Trier, Cochem and Luxembourg. A visit to the KZ Hintzert Memorial is also highly recommended. We are golfers and found the Trier golf club to be a very nice course. In short, if you like peace and quiet, interspersed with activities, you will find it here.

Stephanie is a very friendly host, I was warmly welcomed and the apartment is quite, spacious and well organized. Definitely worth it.

The house looks very free and airy due to the elevation and the windows, which provide a lot of light. We felt very comfortable there. For those seeking peace and quiet, the ideal place to relax, perfect starting point for hiking or cycling on the Rhine or in protected nature. If you want to host, you will find plenty of refreshments in the area, otherwise the kitchen of the house offers everything you need to cook for yourself. Shopping is nearby directly at the farmer, the fish master or in the supermarket. We can fully recommend everything and will definitely come back. The contact with the landlady was straightforward and very reliable. Everything looked clean and lovingly maintained. Thank you so much for letting us stay there.

It was a plus to our family trip to the region for a long weekend. Christine's guest house is in such a peaceful village in the region, and easy to reach Trier city, but also bring us to the beautiful neighborhood of Middle Moselle villages and natures. Christine is very responsive and answered our request with good options. The guest house is spacious and convenient. We enjoy the stay very much, and looking forward come back again, maybe in a different season, and for even longer time to better explorer the beautiful neighborhood even better.

I spent an extended weekend at the refuge and felt completely at ease. It was easy to find, Annette gave comprehensive information about the check in in advance, as well as recommendations for restaurants and hiking trails. The apartment is as beautiful as in the pictures, very cozy, to welcome us everything was very nicely arranged with flowers and chocolates. As a city child, I immediately came down to the garden, it is so wonderfully quiet, you can watch a lot of birds. The hiking trails can be reached on foot directly from the refuge, even if you have to walk along a paved road (but hardly any cars pass by). I traveled alone as a woman and felt completely safe, Annette and Frank live right next door. It is only 9 minutes by car to go shopping (several supermarkets), there are good restaurants and a beautiful owner-managed bookstore (highly recommended!). Thank you for this little oasis of relaxation.

Stylishly furnished remise on a historic estate. Quiet, perfect for relaxing. Clean and has everything you need. Beautiful area between the Palatinate Forest and vineyards. Sandra was very nice and straightforward. A very special place!

I cannot say enough good things about Sarah & Lars and about their house. We were able to drive to many activities and yet were far enough away to enjoy peaceful evenings in the garden and on the porch. The black out blinds/curtains and insulation allowed us all to sleep soundly. We cooked every night in the kitchen and usually sat upstairs on the porch for an after dinner drink. They provided wonderful directions, recommendations and promptly responded to every inquiry. The fresh eggs in the morning were so wonderful. It was fun to sit and listen to the chickens and frogs. The house was spotless and the welcome bottle of wine was truly appreciated. The house was spotless. You will not be disappointed.

We spent some really nice days in Maria's apartment. It was a very nice break, everything was available and the children were very busy. I can recommend this apartment one hundred percent and we look forward to next time at Maria's place. We spent a few lovely days at Maria's holiday flat. Everything was thought through with a lot of little touches here and there. The kids had loads of fun with the various toys and tractors on offer. I can highly recommended staying there and we can't wait to come visit again :)

The children had plenty of space for exercise and in the evening we could grill with a delicious barbecue and make a nice fire in the evening. We felt completely comfortable in Uta's cottage! The communication with Uta was great. The accommodation is super quiet on the edge of the village - perfect for really switching off. Inside, everything you need is there: a small, well-equipped kitchen, a fireplace, a comfortable bed, a cozy sofa with TV - everything to make you feel at home. Beautiful walking paths start right outside the door. Our highlight was the completely fenced (dog-proof!) garden. There, our furry friend could run around freely, play or doze in the grass. Everything was there for the dog (dog blanket for the sofa, food/water bar, garden hose and towels). From the terrace, you have a great view of the countryside - ideal for letting your thoughts wander or enjoying the sunset. In short: For us, the perfect accommodation to relax and simply unwind - far away from the hustle and bustle, neighbors and everyday stress.

An amazing home with great hosts! The surrounding countryside was more than i could have dreamed! The hosts live next door and were always willing to help and recommend fun things to do! We loved walking around the horse farm and getting to meet and pet the hosts dog. If we come back to Germany this is where we will stay!

We did not feel comfortable at Petra and Werner's from the 1 minute, but at home. Everything is furnished with great attention to detail and the old parcel post exudes a special charm. Thank you for everything! We would have liked to have stayed longer..... Best regards,
