Please note: There is no washing machine. However, laundry service can be arranged upon request and by prior agreement for an additional fee.

Modern holiday home in the heart of the Grabfeld

After I inherited the farm from my grandfather, one thing was clear to me, "this farm is not for sale." Thus, together with my parents, I completely renovated the farm and created a modern furnished vacation home. In his honor, it has become "DER HENKELHOF," where we would like to extend a warm welcome to you. By "we" I mean my parents Heri & Ilona and me. Elderflower House

Our house is located in Rüdenschwinden in one of the most beautiful low mountain ranges in Germany. Rüdenschwinden is a small, charming village not far from the Schwarzes Moor and Fladungen. The vacation home is detached and surrounded by a 600 square meter, fully fenced garden. Here everyone will find a place to relax, play or linger. Dogs are also welcome. The property has a car parking space. From the two balconies you can enjoy a scenic view.

Lakeside house

Vacation home on the edge of a vacation home area. About 1 km from the nearest village of Sulzdorf. The Reuthsee is the largest natural lake in Lower Franconia (about 17 hectares) and is only about 100 meters away as the crow flies. Pure nature. Core removed by 2017 according to KfW standard and completely renovated with a lot of love for detail. Previously used as a weekend house and home office. We are new to Airbnb :) .

Vacation home "Casa Lore"

In this 2-story property, the bathroom, one bedroom, and the fully equipped kitchen are located on the ground floor. Upstairs, there is another bedroom and a cozy living room. The peaceful garden invites you to linger and relax. A table and chairs are available there; in summer, two sun loungers are added to the offering. Frankenheim/Rhön is the ideal base for both city and nature excursions.

Bundorf Castle Mill

Our holiday home is a more than 200 years old former water mill in the hilly landscape of the Franconian Hassberge. Where previously the flour was ground for the estate of the Bundorfer Castle, today up to 12 guests can relax on 250 sqm in the elegant salon, the open kitchen with cozy breakfast room and 6 bedrooms. From your own garden, you can look out at the castle and its park.

"Rothhäuser Mühle" (Bavaria, Lower Franconia)

The property "Rothhäuser Mühle" consists of two adjoining cottages: The large "main house" for up to 11 people and the smaller "basket house" for 4 people. Due to the spacious and open design of the living-dining area and the high-quality equipped kitchen, the house is also ideal for family gatherings. By the way, there is a very good party service in the neighboring village.
