Eiffel is spacious and light with high ceilings and large windows offering views of the surrounding countryside. It is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday including a utility room with washer and dryer. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, wooden beams and looks out onto a green valley. The large living room has a corner sofa, smart TV and superfast broadband. There's a wood burning stove for cooler evenings and reversible air-conditioning. The perfect home from home!

Les Tilleuls, Secluded Luxury Gite & heated pool

Newly refurbished to a very high standard, with a large open-plan kitchen/family room (complete with underfloor heating), 3 double bedrooms (all with private shower/bath room). Private, heated pool built into a terraced slope over looking open fields surrounded by railings/gate and timber decking. Walk into the local village to make use of the local shop and Brasserie, or enjoy the rivers, chateau and vineyards further afield!

Gite near the most beautiful village in France, Aubeterre

Luxury French gite, just outside the lovely market town of Aubeterre. Newly refurbished to a very high standard, with a large open-plan kitchen/family room , 1 Double & 2 Twin bedrooms (all with private shower room). 10 x 5m HEATED (May and September other times on request at a charge) pool over looking open fields and large patio. Walk into the local village to make use of the local shop for your fresh morning bread and croissants etc, or enjoy rivers, chateau and vineyards further afield.

La Mirabelle - country cottage with pool

A spacious stone cottage in the centre of a farming hamlet. Sympathetically restored in 2022 retaining traditional features yet providing modern amenities, and set within the attractive grounds of the owner's property. It is a 5 mins drive to the cafes, restaurants and shops of the market town of Ribérac. The market town of Perigueux is 34km, Bergerac with its vineyards and international airport 49km. Bordeaux, 113km, with its historical buildings, museums, bustling town life and river.

Gîte 'Pas de Soucis'

Liefhebbers van natuursteen zullen hun hart ophalen in de vakantiewoning “Pas de Soucis”, ingericht in een oud molenhuis, dat perfect gerestaureerd is om 3 of 4 gasten alle comfort te bieden. U deelt het grote zwembad met de gasten van de vakantiewoning “Moulin Bertrand”. Naast het zwembad bevindt zich een groot overdekt terras met een landelijke kloostertafel die plaats biedt aan 12 personen. De parktuin is compleet omzoomt door water, met aan één kant de molenvliet.

The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer), dining area, bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet) as well as a relaxation area with fireplace and jacuzzi (4 people max). Upstairs, you will enjoy the Sauna, a first 140 bed with a water + toilet area, a bedroom with a 160 bed and a living room with TV. Outside: terrace, and heated pool (May/Sept) BBQ area.

Cottage set in idyllic water mill

A pretty cottage set in a water mill, it is ideal for a couple, but can also accommodate a family of up to 4 people. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchenette, and use of the swimming pool during the summer months, and for the winter months we have a pellet stove in the main living area, and a radiator in the bedroom upstairs. The bathroom has a heated towel rail.
