Das Ferienhaus liegt im Naturpark Sternberger Seenland, ist 200 Jahre alt und war das ehem. Eishaus des Gutshauses. Es wurde 2017 vollkommen saniert. Die Sauna, Kanu, Ruderboot, Stand-Up-Paddle sowie eine Tischtennisplatte und Badminton können kostenfrei genutzt werden. Groß Raden hat ein archäologisches Freilichtmuseum mit Ferienprogrammen und zwei Restaurants. Vom Steg oder Boot aus kann man angeln oder schwimmen. Zur Ostsee, nach Schwerin sowie nach Wismar und Rostock sind ca. 45 km.

The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom and a large balcony. The well-equipped kitchen unit with modern appliances (including induction cooktop, convection oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine) is noteworthy. Also available are kitchen scales, grater, salad spinner, garlic press. The sofa can be converted into a comfortable sleeping area (160 × 200). A large flat-screen TV is also available. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett eingerichtet. Im Wohnraum steht Ihnen ein drittes Bett zur Verfügung. Bad mit WC und Dusche. Die Ferienwohnung ist für zwei bis drei Gäste ausgelegt. Der zur Wohnung gehörende PKW Stellplatz liegt direkt am Haus und steht Ihnen kostenfrei zur Verfügung.
