Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Riccione

Die Wohnung ist großartig, ich bin schon seit über 10 Jahren bei Airbnb und dieses Appartement gehört für mich zu den besten, die ich in dieser Zeit gebucht habe. Andrea ist ein Super-Gastgeber, er hat an alles gedacht und war für uns immer ansprechbar. Die Unterkunft war wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man nur brauchen kann, auch jede Kleinigkeit war da. Wunderschöne Einrichtung, Top-Lage, zentral und ruhig, direkt an einem Kanal. Die Terrasse/Balkon ist ein Traum, durch die großen verglasten Schiebetüren verschwindet die Grenze zwischen dem Wohnzimmer und dem Außenbereich und man kann gemütlich auf dem Sofa rumlungern und die Aussicht genießen. Bei Abreise haben wir uns mit Andrea ziemlich verquatscht, wie mit einem guten Freund. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Soggiorno veramente piacevole, appartamento nuovo recentemente ristrutturato immerso nel verde nel borgo medioevale di San Clemente. Siamo stati benissimo, camere pulitissime e cucina/soggiorno dotata di ogni conmfort con macchina del caffe' e cibo per la colazione. Monica e suo marito i proprietari dell' appartamento sono davvero cordiali gentili ed accoglienti, ci hanno spiegato inoltre tutte le funzionalita' dell' appartamento al momento del check in. Esperienza davvero positiva e soddisfacente per noi, sicuramente torneremo per un nuovo soggiorno in primavera ed anche per il prossimo capodanno!! Consigliatissimo!!

Siamo stati nella casa di Fabio tre giorni e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Fabio è cordiale e disponibile, la casa ci è stata consegnata pulita e in ordine. La casa ha una posizione davvero strategica, vicinissima al mare e in centro (ma non troppo). In 30 minuti di passeggiata si arriva a viale Ceccarini. Gli ambienti sono comodi, entrambi i bagni hanno la doccia, ma solo uno al il bidet. Il garage contiene una sola macchina, ma nelle vicinanze della casa c'è un grosso parcheggio gratuito. Rispetto ai servizi indicati su Airbnb non è presente la lavastoviglie, ma è presente il wifi. Ci siamo trovati molto bene ed è stata una bella vacanza!

Appartamento bellissimo, la posizione ideale, all’centro, ma in una via molto tranquilla, spazio super pulito e curato nei minimi dettagli. Orietta e Francesco super disponibili e gentili! Torneremo sicuramente 💕

Die Lage des Hauses ist einmalig, mit weitem Blick ins Tal und auf die Berge. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll gestaltet und sehr sauber. Zum Haus führt eine schmale Strasse. Das Personal hat uns bei der Suche nach einer Radwerkstatt sofort geholfen und uns angekündigt. Vielen Dank dafür. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und mit toller Aussicht von der Terasse aus. Der Pool liegt traumhaft, wir haben ihn aber nicht genutzt. Alles in allem perfekt. Mille grazie!

We loved staying at this apartment. Excellent view, good breeze in the evening and close to the beach. Hosts were excellent and the apartment was clean and tidy. Confortable beds, nicely equipped kitchen and everything is just like the pictures. Allows for a perfect vacation in Cesenatico.

Fabio and Alessandra were amazing hosts. Their property is one of the best I have stayed at. They were so flexible with everything and catered for all needs. The house is amazing, and was just like the pictures shown but more impressive in real life. The welcome gift and food staples were so generous from them and really was a home away from home. We used the jacuzzi every day of our stay and it was a great way to start the new year. Plus when we accidentally left the keys in the house, they were so helpful to come let us back inside. If you are ever considering staying near Pesaro or Rimini, and have a car, this location is an excellent choice. Thank you again for the stay.

My son and I enjoyed a great stay at Francesco's place. Our host went out of his way to be helpful. Effective air conditioning, comfortable bed plus sofa, stacks of hot water from the shower. Kitchen well provided with utensils, induction hob, milk in fridge, biscuits, coffee, sugar and cafetiere. Two televisions. Delightful outlook onto boats at the port. Major supermarket and restaurants all nearby. 11 minute walk to the seafront. For a small group of 1-3 people, this accommodation is hard to beat.

Il nostro soggiorno qui è stato fantastico! Casa moderna,spaziosa,pulitissima e dotata di tutti i comfort: lavatrice,asciugatrice,lavastoviglie,microonde,macchinetta del caffè,aria condizionata in tutte le stanze,sauna e bagno turco… Anche lo spazio esterno è un sogno!!! Una grande piscina dove nuotare,lettini per rilassarsi al sole, barbecue per grigliare e tavolo da Ping pong per divertirsi con gli amici… Insomma… non manca proprio nulla qui!! Anche la zona è strategica: Se non si ha voglia di spostare la macchina a pochi minuti a piedi c’è un supermercato, un bar/ pasticceria dove far colazione e ottimi ristoranti dove cenare!! Per chi cerca un po’ di divertimento bastano 15/20 minuti di auto per raggiungere Rimini e Riccione… Direi il luogo perfetto per le vacanze!!! Davide è un ragazzo estremamente cordiale e disponibile! Un Host perfetto! Che dire… diamo 5 stelle ma ne vorremmo dare almeno 10!!! Torneremo sicuramente!!!

Dejligt beliggende hus med skøn udsigt. Et hus med masser af sjæl og virkelig god plads. Traditionelt Italiensk køkken, med mulighed for at tænde op og grille. Fano er en hyggelig by som ikke er fyldt med turister. Marche regionen har de smukkeste landskaber hvor alle de lækre Italienske grøntsager og frugter dyrkes. Et besøg på Guirreri gården kan varmt anbefales. Vi havde en skøn ferie i Veronicas hus. Meget søg og behagelig vært.

Ho soggiornato in questa casa a Fano con la mia famiglia e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L’appartamento è carino, comodo e situato in pieno centro, con una splendida terrazza affacciata sui tetti del centro storico — davvero suggestiva! Giacomo e Alberto sono stati sempre disponibili e gentili, ci hanno anche fornito le biciclette per muoverci comodamente e ci hanno permesso di lasciare la casa con calma nella mattinata della partenza. Un soggiorno piacevolissimo, lo consigliamo!

Wir waren zu zweit für eine Woche in dieser traumhaften Unterkunft und waren sehr begeistert. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail, fühlt man sich sofort wie zu Hause. Alles war sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Der Aussenbereich ist ebenfalls privat und großzügig. Wir haben uns hier rundum wohl gefühlt. Der Gastgeber Giovanni hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen, war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Er ist stets erreichbar gewesen und stand für alle Fragen zur Verfügung. Wir wurden direkt am Bahnhof empfangen und am Abreisetag auch wieder zum Bahnhof begleitet. Alles war perfekt und wir würden uns auf jeden Fall erneut für diese Unterkunft entscheiden!

Marco’s place truly over-delivered on every expectation. The apartment is stunning – beautifully renovated, full of natural light, and so well-thought-out that you instantly feel at home. It’s not just a stopover kind of place – you’ll want to spend a few days here to really enjoy it. Everything was pristine clean and modern, with unique touches throughout. The reading corner in particular is such a charming, cozy spot – a real highlight that makes the space feel special. I honestly wish I had stayed longer! One small note of caution: in one of the two bathrooms (the one with the bathtub), there’s a low beam that could be easy to bump your head on – just something to keep in mind. Other than that, this was one of the most beautiful stays I’ve had. The surroundings are incredibly peaceful and atmospheric, like stepping into a small village. You’ll need to park the car about 4 minutes away, but it’s absolutely worth it for the calm and the pedestrian-only vibe.

We hebben het heel fijn gehad. De studio was fijn en comfortabel. Fijne bedden! Oscar was heel aardig en pro actief . Hij helpt je graag! Omgeving was top zo in juni ook niet mega druk. Rustige veilige buurt.

Die Kommunikation mit Eleonora war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Ab Ankunft war Stefano unser Ansprechpartner, sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns das Apartment gezeigt, alle Besonderheiten erkärt, mit allem geholfen und war schnell ansprechbar, wenn es Probleme gab. Freitagnachmittag Ankunft, Internet/WiFi geht nicht. Zwar hat die Reparatur bis Montag, unserem Abreisetag, gedauert, aber Stefano hat sich darum gekümmert, trotz Wochenende. Wir fanden es sehr angenehm, einen persönlichen Kontakt zu haben. Das Apartment ist etwas ganz Besonderes. Klare Architektur, angenehme Farben, gute Ausstattung, gemütlich. Eigentlich ist es ganz nah zum Meer, aber es ist alles sehr zugebaut, Hotellerie und Gastronomie eroberten wohl in den letzten Jahren die Plätze. Mit Hund war leider kein Zugang zum Strand in der nahen Umgebung möglich, darum Autofahrt nach Pesaro und Fano. Danke an Stefano und Eleonora und alles Gute !

Host disponibili, appartamento nel centro storico a 10 minuti a piedi dal mare, ampia metratura, disposto molto bene con anche un cortile interno ombreggiato: tutto nuovo, in particolare ci sono piaciuti i due bagni, ognuno dei quali con doccia resa particolarmente accogliente dai rivestimenti decorati di gran buon gusto. Consigliatissimo.

Diego war ein sehr angenehmer und diskreter Gastgeber.. Wir haben uns fürs verlängerte Wochenende in der Wohnung pudelwohl gefühlt, die zweistöckige Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz, eine super Infrastruktur und einen schönen Blick auf die Hügel des Hinterlandes !)
