Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Riccò del Golfo di Spezia

We highly recommend it! 3 of us as friends, we stayed 4 nights in this accommodation and we could have stayed there for a long time! Ideal for a trip with friends, family or as a couple. The accommodation, although a little rustic and in its original state, is functional and very well equipped. It consists of 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and the other with 3 single beds). Located in a small village, we were able to park easily and for free near the accommodation. There are also small shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Special mention to the proximity of Levanto by car, which allows access by train to the Cinque Terre. Félice is a very welcoming and responsive host. He gave us good advice for visiting the area, its beaches and its hikes. If we were to come back to the area, we wouldn't hesitate for a second to book this place again.

We, two adults and three children, had a wonderful time in this beautiful penthouse. Although the weather was not on our side, we made some lovely trips to neighbouring villages and Genoa. The beach is almost on the doorstep and is clean. The area is perhaps a little too quiet for teenagers, but that was also due to the weather.

Matteo was a brilliant host. Really friendly and gave us great recommendations. The location of the apartment is brilliant. Close to shops, restaurants and bars. Also a short walk to the station. We loved exploring the nearby towns and our highlight was the hiking trail. So picturesque! We hope to return one day. Thank you Matteo!

After having some issues getting a bus to the accommodation, Arturo kindly picked us up when we arrived in La Spezia and took us to the accomodation. He then went through the house tour and everything there is to do and see in La Spezia with very good recommendations of restaurants and places to visit in the surrounding areas. He was also very welcoming and pleasant to converse with. The house had everything we needed and was very clean with a comfortable bed and lovely alfresco. The view from this house was incredible and I could not recommend Arturo and this accomodation enough. Definitely helped us ease into our trip. Lastly, Arturo drove us to our next bus which made it more easier for us and we greatly appreciated it.

Gianni was a wonderful host. Very helpful and responsive. The location was perfect for our stay in Cinque Terre. Easy access to transport, walking trails and the beach. The view was amazing!

Our stay at Azzurra’s place was lovely and we regret not planning to stay longer! It’s in a great location and close to several restaurants and shops, but still very peaceful and quiet. We had some issues getting the video with directions for finding the place to load and actually play, but Azzurra was so kind and helped us get to where we needed to be. Highly recommend downloading the video before arriving so that you don’t have to rely on internet to view it. All in all, it was a great experience and highly recommend!

Very nice big apartment in a medieval village square with lots of character. Go and have a drink with the locals at the bar 2 doors away, they are very friendly.

Massimo and Brunella are wonderful hosts! The minute we met them it felt like we have known them for years. The house is beautiful, fully equiped, and has a fabulous outdoor space. We felt that Massimo really cared about us and did the utmost to make us feel at home. We spent two weeks at the property and it was amazing due to Massimo's splendid hospitality. Highly recommended!!

Dream location. If you are looking for peace and beauty, there is no comparison: the island of Palmaria, especially in the evening, is a very special oasis of peace. Close but detached from the mainland, very romantic. Manuela's house is small, compact and perfect for exploring... Manuela's sister, who has a house right next door, was very kind and hospitable, explaining the history of the house and the many secrets of the island. Recommended for families or solitary and curious spirits!

Alessandro's accommodation is great for those who want to get away from the chaos of the city, it is in a quiet location and surrounded by greenery but still close to a lot of areas of interest such as Forte dei Marmi (20min), Marina di Carrara (10min) and so on... it is a very strategic place, especially if you have pets with you. Our little dachshund, Focaccia, was able to run freely in the huge garden in front of the accommodation - a place where my partner and I decided to have dinner every evening while enjoying the beautiful sunset. 🌇 The accommodation is beautiful, new and equipped with a really super-stocked kitchen (we could even make pizza!). We were also very pleased with the presence of an air conditioner. We will definitely be back, we highly recommend it 🫶🏼 NB Alessandro has always been super helpful in answering all my questions and giving me very valuable advice on what to see/where to eat, etc. Thank you Alessandro for your infinite patience?

Cute bohemian place in authentic Italian village that feels like you stepped back into time. The balcony is great for coffee and views and Marco was always quick to respond and had good tips for locals attractions , thank you for the lovely time!

Two days of relaxation and peace. Beautiful place. House equipped with everything. Small but at the same time, spacious apartment. The bed is very comfortable. Beautiful area for walks. Obviously, you need a car to get to the sea. The only flaw, if you have a big car, is that you can't get directly in front of the house because the road is narrow. But this was communicated in advance. We had no problem. Thank you very much Maria Victoria for everything. We will definitely be back. Greetings also to Shaggy, the house dog. Very nice.😍

Cristina is the perfect host and the house is beautiful. The surroundings are amazing and the views......wow! All through the booking and our stay there Cristina was swift to answer any questions we had and also was happy to offer suggestions on places to go and where to eat. We had a perfect week there and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend her place to anyone else. Cristina and her sister met us at the house and showed us round, clearly pointing out all the relevant bits that we would need to know. Thank you so much for making our week in Italy so special and enjoyable......we are already looking to come back!

We were there over Christmas and New Year's Eve… The small Ligurian house corresponds exactly to the description… it is nice, but a bit narrow and the steep stairs sometimes annoying. .. Unfortunately, the parking lot is also a bit far away and quite full even in the winter season. Roberta is very friendly and helpful. She personally welcomed us very warmly with numerous gifts and took a lot of time for our briefing. Also, when there were problems with the water later in the evening, she immediately stepped in and fixed the problem quickly… Many thanks to Roberta for her friendly and helpful care and for the pleasant stay. It's an ideal accommodation for discovering the Cinque Terre. With elevator ;-)) Claudio and his wife are super friendly and there are little welcome things. Don't hesitate to ask them questions. They know their area very well. Tips: it is better to take the train from Sestri Levanto, 5 km away. (off-season, you can easily find free parking spaces. But you have to be well informed so as not to make mistakes! And from there, take a Regional (R) or Regional Veloce (RV) train A 3-day ticket is a good option. You can easily swim in Monterosso where there is even a shower at the first free beach! These are all rare gems with beautiful alleys and postcard landscapes. You can easily do 2 in one day. You can also take a very nice walk from Manarola to Riomaggiore, but it's worth it! The other paths are not always passable! (Closed for some)

This Airbnb was one of the best I’ve stayed at. It’s in a great location for a great price with an amazing host. Bruno was very friendly and gave us a welcome gift. He waited us to arrive and showed us how to get into the house and explained everything clearly. He also gave us a few restaurants recommendations that I appreciated a lot. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to come back soon!!

We loved staying at Adriana’s Air B&B! The building was very historical and it was fun to ride in the antique elevator. The apartment had everything you’d need and felt very comfortable. The location is very close to the train station, the building has an excellent convenience store/bakery at the bottom level and around the corner is a grocery store. We felt like we had a true Italian experience with local spots to eat very nearby. Adriana was a wonderful host and took the time to get us acquainted with the apartment when we arrived. She also was very prompt on responding to any questions we had. Would highly recommend this Air B&B.

The accommodation is comfortable and pleasant, we felt very good there. Parking is a real plus for the comfort of the stay. Simply a wonderful place to stay! The apartment is beautifully situated with stunning views of the bay. It is exactly as it looks in the photos! Luca was an exceptional host - extremely helpful and responsive, there is nothing he could have done better. The property is well appointed and a tranquil refuge on this stunning coastline. I cannot recommend highly enough and will definitely be back!

Cozy and pristine apartment has absolutely everything you need for relaxing vacation. With breathtaking view, especially during sunrise. Having free parking outside is an advantage for those who travel by a car. The location is perfect for exploring nearby villages of Cinque Terre. Davide’s instructions made check-in and check-out easy and fast.

Christian, our host, was very well behaved, always attentive to our needs, even took us to Porto Venero in his vehicle. It was really a pleasant stay, with all our needs covered. Very close to downtown La Spezia and in a beautiful neighborhood. safe and close to downtown. Highly recommended
