A large, luxurious 3 bedroom apartment with a gorgeous view of the nature reserve and the Alps. Large groups and parties are welcome - we do not have loud noise limitations. The area is ideal for hiking, biking or relaxing in nature. The apartment is part of a small farm (Icelandic horses and sheep) about 4km outside of Gersbach in the south of the Black Forest. Close to nature & stylish living in the old farmhouse

The apartment is in the small district of Karsau, which belongs to Rheinfelden (Baden). In an almost 200-year-old farmhouse overlooking our farm animals (horses/sheep/cat/dog/chickens) you can relax wonderfully. Basel can be reached in 20 minutes by car/train. Beuggen train station is within walking distance (1.5 km). Right next door is a children's playground and the forest with beautiful walking and cycling trails is a few minutes' walk away. In dieser gemütlichen Unterkunft werden Sie sich wohl fühlen. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 Min in Bad Säckingen, Wehr oder Rheinfelden (D&CH) und innerhalb von 15 Min in Schopfheim. Basel ist innerhalb von ca. 25 Min mit dem Auto erreichbar.

My place is close to forest, meadows, pond, ice rink, ski lift, indoor pool with sauna. You'll love my place because of the coziness, wooden floors, Feng Shui bed 160 × 200, bathtub, shower. Smoke, geopathy, electromagnetic pollution and perfume-free! My place is good for nature-loving couples, hikers, cyclists, skiers, non-smokers, vegetarians, "healthy" and convalescent people, but not for smokers, animals, and the searing of meat is also not desired.

The house has 185 sqm of living space. On the ground floor are the open kitchen, the adjoining living and dining room, a bedroom with a single bed (90x200) and a bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor there is another bathroom with shower and bath, and three more bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a single bed (90x200), one a smaller double bed (140x200) and one a double bed (200x200).
